This better be my first and last alteration shop review.
First, Kim was nice and honest! Took my daughter for prom dress alterations and see was ready to see us right away.
Since I have no experience, I paid $ 220 for the alterations… to which mom said «NO! Too much!» Too late, I already paid. :/​
But get this! Honest Kim, called and said she found a flaw in the dress and it shouldn’t be fixed. She had the choice to do the work anyways, but she called and said «no charge». Now THAT’s good/​great business!
Was gonna give 4 stars, but with integrity like that… here ya go! Five!
