I was out of town for the weekend and needed an adapter for my computer and visited «The Computer Shop» down the street. He was WONDERFUL!!! His little shop was busy yet he was pleasant and greeted each person with courtesy. He didn’t have what I needed so he sent me to his competition. When I walked in it was a much more polished business with two guys sitting behind desks. They made me feel like I had interupted a couple of guys at the bar having a serious conversation that wanted to be left alone! The one who waited on me seemed pleasant enough until I explained who had recommended them. He gave me the «Hrrruuummmpppphhhhhh!» Then I reminded him that his competition, despite whatever history they have, gave them a strong recommendation and assured me they would have what I wanted. I got the: «Yeah. Well. Whatever.» He never let go of his bad attitude. VERY unfprofessional. I’ll never go there again!!!
