I loved them and then the last year. My experience has been sub par the past few times. I’m never a complainer but after you play almost 10.00 for soup and sandwich I want it to be good. I told them and they covered my next meal. Went back to try it again and it was just as bad. I guess they have no plans to better there biz and sad because it would be so easy. I support local but I need to have good food.

I have visited this location twice… good experience the first time, terrible the second. I should note the first time was shortly after grand opening and second time was down the road a bit. The folks are friendly. First time I went with a work colleague and the sandwiches were fresh and the soups were hot and flavorful. Second time, not so good. Went with wife and son and we each had some version of the soup/sandwich combo. Wife’s potato soup was cold and so thickened by starch, it took on the texture of mayonnaise with an odd aftertaste. Son’s sandwich had somewhat melted cheese and ice cold turkey in the middle while his chicken soup was notably absent any chicken. My tomato basil soup was a light brown, as opposed to the expected red, and had a heavy vinegar taste to it. Sometimes a problem is to big for the staff to fix so probably best to acknowledge a general disliking and not return.

So disappointed. Potato soup had barely any flavor. Broccoli Cheese soup, awful and I was so hungry. It was literally a bowl of gloppy flour with green spots of «broccoli. The half Grilled Caprese sandwich tasted sour(maybe the dressing or tomato)? I took a few bites… Add to that, the price. $ 10.00. Never again. The service was ok. The attendant asked me «how’d you like it? Good»? I told him the truth(quietly) he genuinely apologized and offered to speak to the manager and suggested a cup of another soup to go. I explained I was returning home to Atlanta. Disappointed. My children take the children out for lunch at times… Way too much $$ in my opinion for the quality. I’m sorry because I really loved the Ladles on Main Street

Their loaded potato soup is to die for. It’s is absolutely amazing! My biggest pet peeve is the fact their hours are horrible! That is why I gave them a 3 star!

Highly recommended for a quick, healthy lunch. I had the half Lemon Chicken soup/half Chicken Salad and they were both fresh and delicious. Will definitely go back to try some of their other scrumptious looking offerings.

Every time I come here they have great food, the turkey bacon griller was amazing. Also the Manhattan clam chowder was pretty good.

Love, love, love this place! My comfort food involves soup and a sandwich, preferably from Ladles! Love their soups-tomato basil, buffalo chicken, chili… so many tasty options. Nice, clean atmosphere with speedy, friendly service! And they’re in the most convenient location… for me! Did I mention I love this place?

Terrible! The potato soup was gummy and flavorless, a total disappointment. The pimento blt wasn’t any better. On top of the disappointing food, the service was super slow and it wasn’t even busy. I love Ladles, just not this location. Never again.

Great soups and sandwiches. Kids get those or hotdogs, adults can also have salad. The place is very nice, very quiet. Great staff, and the food is awesome. Service is quick too, since the soups are premade and sandwiches are fast.

Have only tried this location. Loved the chicken buffalo soup! The she-crab was the worst I’ve ever tasted. The chicken noodle soup and the greek lemon soup had not one piece of chicken in it. How do you make chicken noodle soup with no chicken? Will not be back.
