Logan’s Roadhouse

We ate here again last night and the wait time for food was approximately 45 minutes… on a Tuesday.
My last experience here was awesome but a lot of that had to do with our server, who I didn’t see working last night.
Our food was hot when it was served and it tasted great but the overall night here was just «okay».

Delicious rolls! (My favorite part!) We were looking for a table of 2, but the wait was too long so we sat at the bar. Quick service, and very attentive too! When our food arrived, the bartender gave us wooden blocks with a ridge to lock onto the bar top– so our food wind be on an incline… Very cool! This was a nice touch. Great service from the bartenders, even though we didn’t order alcohol. Before you go, know that this is a «peanut shells on the floor» type of restaurant. This makes a fun experience!

I am not sure what they put in their salads, but man, I LOVE THEM! Gosh the salads are great! Thanks for being my constant!!!

Decided to try Logans for the first time, thank goodness for our server as she was the only thing that saved our dinner. All of our steaks were over cooked and just very bland food over all. Not impressed! Would not recommend if you are looking for a GOOD steak.

Food is OK for what it is. Staff is good. Managers could be nicer.

So I’ve come here quite a few times and the food is pretty good, sometimes just okay. I have to say, the one reason I hate coming here is all the mother freaking peanut shells ALL OVER THE FLOORS AND SEATS. I love peanuts, but not that much. Also, I learned that they have all those peanuts available because it takes quite a while to receive your food.

When I’m craving steak, Logan’s is never at the top of my list for places to go. This location was caddy corner to the hotel I was staying at, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the filet, I asked the server if the cooks would be able to handle making it Pittsburgh style. I love a rare steak, especially with the perfect char on the outside. She immediately said «Definitely!» and I took her word for it. She suggested the vegetable skewer as a side followed by saying «I don’t eat vegetables though.» Confused by her suggestion, I patiently waited to devour what I expected to be an at least half-​decent piece of meat. I honestly wish I would have just ordered a hamburger or something that doesn’t require any type of culinary skill. The cook who prepared my steak obviously has never cooked a rare steak Pittsburgh style, even though the server assured me he would be able to. The outer layer of the steak was not only burnt, but probably contained every carcinogen and nitrate that a gas grill could produce. If there was a propane flavored dry-​rub in the kitchen at Logan’s, this «chef» used the entire container of it. After expressing my concerns with the steak to the server, she simply replied «Well you shouldn’t have ordered it Pittsburgh then!»
REALLY?!
Thankfully I am only in South Carolina for business, because I wouldn’t suggest this location to my worst enemy and I will NEVER return. The one star on this rating is for the only thing that was actually decent on my plate, THE ROLL.

Great service pass a smile these servers work hard. they have a good selection of choices and their service staff is great.

Shouldn’t have to sit at bar for 10 minutes while two (yes two) bartenders make small talk with regulars and you get to wait. And wait. And wait a lil more. Came in to kill some time before a movie, managed to kill 10 minutes just waiting to order a beer. I don’t work on tips, and I do understand that part of the way you retain a good crowd of regulars is to have a good relationship with them– but a good way to keep away new people is to keep them waiting. There’s far too many other options in the area, don’t waste your time.

Whatever reason but our family always seems to celebrate all good things here! Great food and atmosphere!

Great customer service but the food is subpar to say the least. My ribeye steak was dry and over cooked — — I asked for medium rare. The sweet potato fries were warm considering they should have just came out of the deep fryer.
It is a chain steak house and not a prime house either, so I may be a bit harder on them than I should be.
The servers and staff go over and beyond to ensure a great customer service experience.

Typical steakhouse atmosphere. Staff were very nice however service was slow. Husband got steak and I got anything and everything salad with salmon… Both were delicious! Peanuts were everywhere so if you have an allergy… Don’t come here!

Ribs were delicious and fall of the bone good, but that’s about it. The fries were unseasoned, unsalted and meh. Everything tasted very fake and not fresh. They didn’t even have whole leaves of lettuce for a bun replacement for my wife’s burger since she is gluten free. Service was too bad though, decently fast and nice but nothing exceptional.

Typical American food done pretty well. The prices are average and the food is decent. My friends and I like to meet up for Logan’s Tea at the bar from time to time. I’ve never been disappointed with the drinks, food or service

For what it is, Logan’s is a five star steakhouse chain. Sure, I may prepare a better steak, but the atmosphere and service are truly stellar. Tonight, my family sat by the fire while Paul took great care of us. You really can’t beat a bottomless tea, steak, & sweet taters.

Ok Unilocal,giving a four-​star rating and saying «Yay! I’m a fan» doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m an actual fan. With that said…
This IS a chain steakhouse. With THAT said, Logan’s has actually never disappointed me. My steak has always been consistent, and always good. Exactly what I expect with a $ 12 sirloin or ribeye. Sides are solid, and salads are really good. Loaded with toppings and piled high!
And obviously buckets of sweet tea. Buckets.
