I have eaten at McDonald’s locations thousand of times. This location today 1−11−16 at approx. 4:00pm. Terrible service inside. My son saw the display of toys given with the Happy Meal about 15 shown. He asked the lady behind the counter if he could get the Ninja with plunger one. She was looking thru the bin no more than 30 seconds and either a co– worker or her boss I suspected said loud enough for us to here. «the Toys we have are the Toys they get». Nice service we will spend our $ 13 dollars elsewhere next time. Oh she didn’t mind talking to the Lady in front of me about David Bowie for several minutes. But can’t slow down for a kid. By the way if they don’t want to get asked about Toys they should Display only the few they have for that week. As a business owner very terrible Customer Service.

This is in a terrible location! It’s very hard to get in and out of. The building is nice and it was clean. My food was fairly fresh although I did have to wait a few minutes. They got my order correct, so I’d come back.

Worst service at this location… Burger PLAIN ketchup ONLY means everything! Then it means SCRAPE it off and ReServe it, then it means EVERYTHINGBUT ketchup and finally 4th times a charm correct! OMG it took my husband F O R E V E R to get a freakin burger! What was he thinking?

If I could give this McDonalds location a zero I would. I just relocated to the area and stopped by McDonalds after getting to Summerville. I went through drive thru and received the rudest customer service! ZERO for customer service! I ordered chicken mcnuggets and asked what sauces she had available – she literally told me «no». I was baffled and asked if she could tell me what sauces she had and she repeated herself. I left without ordering and called the manager and she claims that’s not the customer service her staff delivers! Maybe if I would have called corporate, her attitude would be different. Welcome to South Carolina.
