Juice Caboose

Love this place for smoothies, fresh juice, and even the occasional wheat grass shot. I used to get the herb chicken wrap, but they haven’t had it recently (although the owner made it for me on the spot one time when he heard me ask about it). Service is ok — which I guess is standard because it’s a quick service type place. I used to always get the Berry Berry Cool, but my new fav is the Creamsicle — so good!

Great place for fresh vegetable juice. Their soups are delicious as well.

I wish the store were bigger and easier to get in and out of with a stroller-​they have a big step at the entry way. Despite that, they are always willing to take my order from the door way while I wait with my kids. The drinks are all good-​I have not had a bad one yet. Most surprising were their cold pick up ready-​made deli items-​soooo delicious. The sandwiches and salads are all fresh and tasty and I have become a huge fan. Definitely recommend.

Saved me from a painful train ride by soothing an upset stomach. Ordered a ginger, banana drink upon consultation with staff member. It’s delicious and has a small zing. Also sampled the quinoa muffin. delicious

If you don’t know what to put in a smoothie or GREEN cleaning drink this is definitely the place to go!

Hawaii something & Passion Green they were delicious!
My favorite are the fruit smoothies the Passion Fruit and Sunrise something — they were filling and hit the breakfast /​snack spot!
It’s a very small establishment so be prepared to be tight but no worries the service is fast and delightful so you won’t even notice.
As long as I’m working in Summit I will be visiting this establishment.

This is the best beverage spot around by far! They have an excellent selection of fruits and vegetables and you can try many different groupings of those in the many concoctions they offer.
My favorite three drinks are the Black and Tan, passion green and the Hawaiian chlorophyll they are all amazing.
The prices are fair In comparison to every other place lIke this locally between here and NYC.
I am a frequent customer here and I see that there are many others and that makes me happy because its super healthy

The freshly squeezed orange juice was very good. But then the lady behind the counter opened the register and put all of the change and dollars on the counter where my fruits were being cut. She was closing the register right on the counter and in front of the customers where food is served. This was disgusting. After seeing that, I will not go back to this place.

This place is super chill– tucked into a small (dare I say caboose?) sized space, the employees are really nice and will whip up any combination of restorative juice combos. They also sell delicious looking soups and salad combos.

Small store front so it’s easily missed! It’s definitely worth being scrunched in the store for their juices! They also are super duper fast and efficient!

Just wonderful. The blueberry banana almond milk is a genius combo. The fresh ginger and wheatgrass shots are spot on. Friendly people serving up delicious drinks and foods at a reasonable price (for Summit). Oh, it’s a very short walk to the Summit Train Station.

Yummy smoothie. Lots of fresh choices in the small space. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Love The Juice Caboose! Super healthy everything and a nice selection of sandwiches, salads and soups! Every kind of smoothie combination you can possible imagine! It may be small in there, but its packed with goodies! For the longest time I didn’t know they had sandwiches and soup! Try their chili, it’s delicious!

A little «hole in the wall» with a nice assortment of soups and chilis, to say nothing of all the juices they sell.
I have tried their chili (classic beef chili) and was very satisfied with it. A 16oz container to go was $ 4.77, which is quite reasonable for Summit (half the cost of soup at Batavia, which sells pre-​made Hale & Hearty soups). The chili was mild, nice and hot, and very filling.
Have not tried the juices, but it seems to have grown in popularity over the last year or so.

Cute store, expensive, but I watched a woman down five green grass looking shots all lined up and plunk down over 20., not blink an eye, and leave. Seeing my shocked look, as this is a juice place at 11 am, another patron told me this was common. They really have a box of green grass they clip and juice.
My grandma would get such a kick out of thís concept. Me, not so much

So I tried to be SUPER healthy and got the High Test which contains their famous Green Light. It was WAY too healthy for me. I think for cleansing juice heads its probably GREAT but for me their was WAYYY too much going on. The parsley was wayyyy too overpowering.
I tried my husband’s Monkey Business smoothy and it was DELICIOUS. The consistency was perfect and I think it’s all about the yogurt and almond milk.
I will definitely be back for something that doesn’t contain parsley.

The Juice Caboose is an awesome place that makes quality, healthy (or unhealthy, if you’d like) shakes. I came here with my wife yesterday for a quick trial of the joint, and we were NOT disappointed.
It’s extremely tight and tiny, but that doesn’t affect how good their product is. I got the Monkey Business, but substituted the chocolate out for PB, and added a scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein. The woman whipped up the extra thick and creamy shake (due to the fat-​free frozen yogurt) in no time, and it tasted great. Mixed perfectly, blended well, and a great consistency. I was surprised at how good it came out, and will be stopping back here for sure.
They’re also very open to any changes you’d like to their offerings, which is what I do often. Additions and changes aren’t an issue, so you can tailor your shake to whatever you’d like.
If you want a great shake and a really nice customer experience, the Juice Caboose has your caboose covered.
The negative is it takes a while to get your shake. I’ve waited 5 – 10 minutes with only one person ahead of me, so don’t expect it too quick.

The Juice Caboose is a fantastic place to get fresh juices. Whether you want greens, fruits or both, they have everything you could possibly think of… even protein and nutrients to add in your juice.
I’ve been to several juicing establishments in the Morristown/​Denville area but the Juice Caboose in Summit is the best; hands down. I’ve ordered everything from all greens to greens and fruits added together and always feel healthy and cleansed afterwards. Remember, juices aren’t meant to fill you up so juice wisely. I usually have one as a healthy snack after or before lunch. Add in a shot of wheat grass and you are good to go!
I’ve also ordered three-​day juice packages from here and was very satisfied with my results. My skin was glowing and I lost 8 pounds. It’s great if you want to reboot your system! All in all, the juices taste great!

Found the Juice Caboose after searching on Unilocal for a healthy snack after a morning of shopping at Short Hills and was happy to see that it was a less than 10min drive. It was nearing the lunch hours of 12:30 so I rushed over there hoping I wouldn’t catch a line but it was just my luck (or maybe I just missed it!?), either way, the man behind the counter greeted me and asked if I had questions as he had seen me read over the menu scrolled on the wall. No questions from me so I ordered the Eye Opener. It was deeelish! You definitely won’t be disappointed going here.
The only thing that sucks is that there aren’t any juice spots down by me! But that’s irrelevant to Juice Caboose so. 5 stars!

Been juicing for 7 days now. I’ve made all my own at home and come up with some losers and some winners.
I tried one of their beet juices and — well — had the beets been cleaned it would have been on ok juice. Not great.
The dirt on the bottom was poopie.

I love this hole in the wall juice bar. The owner is a delight and really knows his stuff. It is worth going there just to glean some nutritional information from him.
The juice selection on the menu board is staggeringly long and they will do any combination you request. They will even add a supplement of your own if you bring it in! If you’re doing a cleanse, just call ahead and they’ll have all of your juice pressed and ready for pick up.
The only drawback is that the ingredients are not organic or not expressly stated. I have asked the owner and he has yet to be able to source the ingredients reliably.
For the green juices, this is really a big deal because many of the ingredients are sadly on the dirty dozen list. If you’re like me, this place is great for a quick stop but I prefer to juice at home only to ensure the kale and cucumber and apple are USDA organic. If you don’t care, get your juice on here… they’re very good!
