Simply Yoga has changed my yoga practice in an amazing way. I no longer turn to yoga just for strengthening and flexibility but also for healing. I have had chronic back pain for years and through yoga I have learned how to take care of my lower back by doing a few simple asanas everyday. Eliana’s prenatal class has also guided me through a very healthy pregnancy. I started practicing at the very beginning of my pregnancy and continued until my due date. Yoga kept helped curb my back pain, restless legs and most importantly, stress and anxiety. I think I would have had a much more challenging pregnancy without my yoga practice, especially my Brahmari(buzzing bee) breath! I often use the different types of pranayama I learned at Simply Yoga in my daily life. It’s a nice way to take yoga on the go. Simply Yoga is a wonderful place for new students and also for yogis looking to enhance their practice. I’ve only been attending classes at the studio for a year but I feel like I’ve been a part of the Simply Yoga family for forever!
