Dr. Pride is the best. She is a great doctor. She is so friendly and caring and I have only had good experiences here. The staff are kind and helpful. I have not had to wait long for my appointment and it is so convenient because there is a pharmacy right in the hospital where you can pick up your prescriptions right after your appointment.

Doctors are GREAT and so is staff. While I have noticed they can be busy and at time you may have to wait it is always worth the great care our family gets. We have been with them I believe for over 10 years and even moved our kids away from their pediatrician when they were old enough. I know they are planning to open an office in South Orange as well so maybe this will help with the wait times. But as far as I am concern I need a pizza in under 30 minutes I can wait for great healthcare for my family! Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.

I love the doctors at this practice but after 5 years I just can’t take another minute of waiting around for them. It used to be a 20 – 30 minute wait which I thought was torture but the doctors always made the wait worthwhile. However, over the years the wait has gotten longer and longer. It has gotten to the point where I will sit in the waiting room for 40 to 50 minutes then in the exam room for another 30. With 2 kids this is just unacceptable. Also, if you have an appointment later in the day you can sometimes wait 20 minutes just to get out of the parking lot as it is in the Overlook hospital complex and can get very backed up. It’s really sad but when you have two small kids that are in school and tend to get sick often this practice is just not worth it.

The staff here are friendly and provide exceptional service. They have a couple doctors, nurse practitioner, and nurses. Place gets packed but it is worth the wait. They provide saturday service but charge an additional $ 50 which is usually not covered by your insurance.
