Having a coffee roaster so close to where you live makes it so much easier if I end up running out of coffee beans for the shop to just go drive 20 min to get a few batches of coffee beans and they are really helpful. They have training for new barista which help coffee shop owners life a little bit easier with continuing their own shop training. The facility it’s so clean and the set up is very home while having a professional setting. During the summer when you get out of the car you can already smell the greatness of the coffee beans. This is just an awesome place.

Ordered a chai latte & it was pretty much room temperature. Tasted good but not what I wanted in a chilly day.

You have to try this coffee! No other coffee compares to Dillanos. I’ve tried so many varieties from other coffee roasters and Dillanos is by far top of the coffee food chain for quality and smoothness.

Dillanos roasts great coffee, and sells bags of coffee, as well as coffee accessories, brewing tools, syrups, sauces, and powders on site. However, Dillanos is NOT a café. Stop by and pick up some coffee to brew at home!

Absolutely without a doubt, the best coffee roaster period. This company has amazing coffee, but more importantly, they are just great people! My sister and I have owned coffee shops for 15 years and Dillanos has contributed so much to our success! They support us and continue to help us navigate the industry as things grow and change. I would recommend Dillanos as a coffee consumer and as a small business owner. If you haven’t tried Dillanos, you have no idea what you’re missing.

Best coffee roaster in Pacific northwest. I am lucky to live downwind and the aroma is AWESOME. They have the smoothest roasts, best favors and no nasty after taste. They have store on the roasting plant in Sumner… go buy

I’ve never been to the corporate headquarters in Sumner, but I live in Kent and can honestly say Dillanos coffee is the best in the area, and considering that the ‘area’ is Seattle(or even WA), and that equates to a world-wide competitiveness. Its very smooth and delicious… I first had Dillanos at Urban Timber, a beautiful extra dark roast which I frequently drink nowadays; because once you try it, you just can’t downgrade ever again. There are some great micro-roasters in Seattle, but Dillanos is competitive if not better than some of the top Seattle roasters, and it’s headquartered in the South Sound area :) I now search out Dillanos all the time, checking the for their signage in local small drive-through coffee shop windows. But of course I keep some in my freezer for whenever I please. I do wish I could tour their roasting facility too, but cant find any info. on availability. Anyhow, its the best. Try it, you’ll love it too!

In Sumner Washington lye’s a wonderful coffee roaster named Dillanos. Dillanos prides themselves on there«smooth» coffee and espresso and let me tell you smooth it is! Every roast I have had from these guys and gals is delicious and it’s no wonder they won the Roast Magazine 2011 Roaster of the Year! While driving through Washington State and seeing all the different coffee drive through stands I actually look in the windows for the Dillanos logo because it’s just that good. If you get a chance to stop into there main building in Sumner WA, I highly recommend you do… and load up your luggage with a pound of whatever you desire. It’s really worth the stop. When it comes to great coffee Dillanos hits the spot.

Actually went to the Sumner, WA roaster for a class. I can proudly say it was Dillanos that made coffee paletable for me(I use to gag at even the smell). The building was super hip and cozy, you can tell the employees loved their job and the coffee. The stand I work at grinds Dillon’s blend and we’re always getting asked what we use! People love it! …and its the only coffee I can open the bag of beans to and just love the smell! Quality stuff!

Luck was absolutely with us. In August, we were traveling through the land of coffee miracles(i.e. Washington state). I have a painful distain of Starbucks and wanted to prove to myself that there were really much better coffees, GOOD coffees, that deserved recognition and appreciation. I do not believe in jumping on the bandwagon just because… One of my passions that trip was to bring home as many bags of dark roast coffee beans as I could justify, as long as there was room in my freezer. And, just so you know, we had just bought a gi-normous upright freezer, so the door was open, so to speak. We happened to stop somewhere that carried this brand of coffee. Now, if I could only remember where. Probably a mom and pop coffee house, maybe the Brazilian bakery in Bellevue or Metronome Coffee in Tacoma? Only one bag of Dillano’s Peruvian coffee beans made it home with us, untasted. Yesterday, we finally opened it and filled the grinder. My biggest regret, this bag of coffee was un-labled, so now I have no clue what it is and why I chose this one. It was most likely a very dark espresso type, because that is the happy result of my first brew. Unable to pass you a cup of coffee through your internet line, you will just have to trust me. This is amazing dark, rich, well roasted coffee. Obviously… because I choose to give it 5 stars. Coffee wimps, this is not a coffee for you. But they do many types of roasts and beans, so perhaps a lighter one? The nice thing is… in spite of the many awards it has won, it is a very affordable coffee ranging between $ 8 to $ 12 a 12-ounce bag at the time of my review. And the even nicer thing… I can order it online and enjoy it again and again. I am looking forward to restocking with this brand. This one is a real keeper!
