The far worst meal we have had the service was bad spent over 100 dollars wasn’t even asked how our food was especially when we left over half on the plate with out asking for a to go box.

Came in. Seated promptly. Waited 15 minutes before even being spoken to while my wife and I watched other patrons being served who had came in after us. Was too angry to even bother talking to the waiter after being told some shallow excuse. Maybe it’s cause my wife was the only black person in the restaurant? We’ll never know.

We enjoyed our first visit. If you have a big appetite and on a budget this place is probably not for you. If portions and cost is not an issue for you, you will enjoy your experience. Service is a hit or miss, but the food will make up for what’s missing. Limited seating, so not good for very large groups.

It’s just my favorite– Always come back to this place. It’s hard to find an all around great dining experience. You will get it here. My only suggestion: Don’t sit by the door on a cold windy night– too drafty to dine in my opinion. Well worth the wait for a seat closer into the restaurant. :)

We originally wanted to taste the beer at Lake Tapps, but they don’t serve food, so I turned to Unilocal to find us somewhere to eat… enter Sorci’s. We were here for HH and the 3 options for $ 11 is a deal that can’t be beat. Much to our delight, all three of our choices ended up on the same plate, which was great because it saved space, and made it easier for us to attack our food with it all in one place! Fish in a barrel! The food was overall quite good. The mac n cheese cup was flavorful, but for some reason was served at a near-nuclear temperature. The prosciutto covered asparagus was a little on the dry side, but overall no real complaints.

Finally got the chance to try out this place and it was GREAT. Husband had the gnocchi and loved it, but wereally love the dessert, Tiramisu and Canoli with our latte and Italian Soda. Great way to start the New Year! Sumners restaurants are really worth exploring!

Great atmosphere, food selection is great and waiter is very helpful in recommending types of pasta, sauce etc. Very proud and passionate with the menu they have, which is the foundation for all good restaurants. Food is really delicious! Will be back

Came here with my boyfriend last night and it was amazing. We were seated quickly and server immediately came up to us offering specials. I had the chicken Alfredo(8⁄10) and my bf had the chicken parmesan(9⁄10). Didnt take long for our orders to come out(about 10 minutes) and it was well presented and the serving size was good, not too much but just enough. Overall the place was a bit loud but I think it’s more of a bar scene on some days. If going here I suggest the chicken parmesan! Also, the prices were quite reasonable. Are meals came to $ 35 together.

It’s amazing that a place so tasty and delicious could be drove by so easily. Great prices and happy hour. I am obsessed with the stuffed avocado. Great atmosphere Fantastic food Great staff My only negative is that I have had considerably better customer service from the night staff compared to the lunch staff, and it would be awesome to have a few more beers on tap!

Came here after our first attempt at lunch resulted in us leaving the restaurant(having never been served). Anyways, this place is a gem. Attentive, friendly staff, a menu with lots of variety and a cute atmosphere. I had gnocchi and tomato sauce, which was delicious. My friend had a panini and was happy it could be made on gluten free bread. Prices were really reasonable. Will be back!

Went there for a pre Tough Mudder meal. We were so impressed. Amazing food, elegant service. We had the stuffed avocado, meatball sliders, mac & cheese and pistachio chicken lasagna. We wish they were located in Seattle. Probably the best Italian food in the state! We will definitely be back. Next time we will bring friends with us!

Fabulous! That one word sums up our entire experience at Sorci’s. A friend and I love Italian and happened across this inviting café today. The happy hour is priced too low(but don’t change it :) and the service is wonderful & the food was all impeccable! A definite recommend for sure!

It’s been years since I’ve been to Sorci and I was pleasantly surprised to find they were under new ownership. The staff was attentive and ready to assist in making choices. The menu seems to have enough variety to make meat lovers and vegetarians satisfied. We started with the apple and goat cheese bruchetta. It was a delightful appetizer perfect for a summer evening. I chose to create my own pasta dish: fettuccine with pesto and primevara vegetables. The veggies were grilled right before plating and they were cooked to perfection while maintaining that delightful crunch. Hubby ordered the 6 layer lasagna and said it was spicey but delicious.

This place does the café thing with elegance and hospitality fitting a real Italian café. I had no idea it was even there! What ambience! Great wine list. Enjoyed a bottle of the super Tuscan based upon the server’s recommendation. Delicious. Went for lunch. I had lasagne, my friend had gnocchi with vodka tomato cream sauce. Both tasted homemade, hot, and comfort food-yummy. They were only $ 10 for the entrees! What a deal! This was really simple American Italian food done well. Fresh, homemade. Approachable and not pretentious. Delicious. I can’t wait to go back. I am thrilled I finally found this place! This is not fine dining, but upscale homey food. Do try!

What a great little place hidden away in Sumner. This place reminded me of the old school restaurants in Chicago. I came in for some quick bites and they were delicious. The balsamic on the La Bella Caprese was remarkable, they need to bottle this stuff and sell it. One case please! I also had the small peppers and the the incredible spinach artichoke dip with crab in it, so good. Met the owner, and he was so kind and took time to walk me through some drink selections and what was in the food I ordered. I enjoyed this place so much and I will be back as I need to try the Italian sodas. I felt like a regular the way the staff treated me. Top notch! Nice patio area as well to enjoy my drinks.

Seems like they changed owners since the last time I was there in 2011(which, I get it, that’s awhile ago). Not as impressed by the food or the menu(though it’s still solid), and to top things off, whoever ran our credit card actually LOST it because it flew out of his hand. We sat waiting for him to find it, and 10 minutes later, he told us that he couldn’t find it and that he’d give us a call if he found it. We said we were from California, only passing through on our way to visit friends in Seattle, but we’d hang out for a bit around Sumner to wait. Finally he did call about half an hour later — turns out it had fallen into a case of beer or something near the register. He offered to comp a glass of wine the next time we went, which I thought was a pretty crappy deal, especially considering the fact that he knew we were from out of town(jeez, at least give us like free dessert to go or something). Meh.

We met some friends here and overall it was a fun place. It is more restaurant than coffee but they have the coffee drinks which is all we wanted. Service was friendly and they had my Almond(sugar free) Mocha so I was OK — even received it in a Real human Cup. It is sort of out of the way and on a side street but we will come back for a meal next time.
