Riding along the Long Leaf Trace we rode into a small town call Sumrall. It was about lunch time so we stopped in to the nearest place for food from the trace and it was Lau-Tori’s. We started with a great salad that featured a homemade thousand island salad dressing. When in Mississippi you cant go wrong with catfish so I ordered the catfish platter served with a baked potato, great hush puppies. Dessert was a surprisingly great bread pudding. This is a great place to stop if you are riding your bike along the trace because it is centrally located between both ends of the trace. They get alot of bike business and have bike parking conveniently located in front of the restaurant.
