I use this store primarily for postal services on my way to work, which are only available from 9 – 4. The only computer service I have received from this business is the ordering of a cooling fan for a MacBook Pro. They took an hour or so to research, price, and order the fan. I had it within 48 hours. I like to support local businesses, and this store gets 2 thumbs up from me.

Laptop broke and had to get it fixed. Just needed a fan replacement. Dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up a week later to find out the fan was fixed but the internet wasnt working and my speakers were messed up. Took it back and it was fixed on the spot in 20 minutes. Obviously it’s irritating when you get your product back and it has different problems with it but they didn’t try to charge me anything or wait a long time so thats good. The only other problem I had was the original quote I recieved was $ 155 and when I picked it up it was $ 197…they do not hand out quotes on paper, it was a word of mouth quote. So it was my fault for trusting the number I was given. Because of the problems I had I will not return if I have anything wrong again.

I have used the Computer Repair Center twice in the past year and both times the service was friendly, quick and efficient. This last time I was even in the middle of a time crunch (leaving town for a few months and only had two days left), they were very helpful!
