Palmetto Pointe Apartment Homes

I have lived at Palmetto Pointe for almost a year now and it is a nice place to live. The apartments are kept up to date and don’t have an old feel to them. We have had to use maintenance a few times and they have done as needed in a reasonable amount of time. It is clear that they are working to constantly improve the property. While here new speed bumps have been put in, new outdoor ceilings in the walks ways have been installed, all apartments got new roofs, and when flooding hit SC they quickly replaced items damaged by the flood. The office does a very good job keeping track of packages received and getting them to us. I really haven’t had a serious issue while living here and would recommend it to someone looking to move here.
