We have been a customer of Sunwest True Value since we moved into Sun City Grand 2 ½ years ago. There are other hardware stores that are closer, but we like the service and friendliness of Sunwest True Value. We are looking at replacing our grill and they took a lot of time to show us the other brands they carry. We still haven’t decided between the Big Green Egg and Traeger, but when we do we will purchase it from Sunwest True Value. The other nice thing about this store is that they will assemble and deliver purchases. Right now they are on the way with my new patio set!

Unhelpful. Poor stock. Walked out. All I wanted was a roller piece (standard equipment) for a standard toilet paper holder. .. as the one in my guest room flies into three parts when I change the TP roll; i.e., both ends + the spring. I asked if there was any way I could be assured that the one I had selected from their stock would not also fly open. I was told, «They’re all the same,» in such an utterly disinterested manner that I simply walked out. This store is three minutes from our home, so it’s a handy location. .. but from now on I’ll drive the extra few miles to the competitors.
