The CNA who bathes my elderly parent is excellent. She is bilingual, puts my mom at ease, you couldn’t ask for a better Employee. We use her twice a week for 1 hour bathing and exercising.
One word of caution the administrative offices I believe are in Long beach And Sun City, are too intrusive in our personal business. Remember if you use them that they work for you. They are not your insurance provider, they do not need to know anything such as your doctors name, health insurance provider. You hire them to provide a service and then leave. The main office seems to making work to justify their existence.
Be cautious.
I give the CNA who visits a 5 star rating but the administration 2 stars.
