I had a bad experience… The place was hard to find. It is a small, what looks like a shack. I walked up to the window with bars and there was no one there. I had to ring the bell that was there. After I rang the bell, some guy behind the window walked up. He had an attitude, as if I interrupted him. I told him I wanted copies of car keys which, I already had blank keys. With an attitude he said if I did not buy the key from him, he would not do it. (What /​seriously) ?? Rip off ! Bad customer service ! Hard to find ! Do not recommend.

I’ve never had work done that wasn’t just right! Truly nice, honest people. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Excellent Service! I lost the keys to my 2006 Kia Sedona. I had a replacement key made by the dealership which didn’t work. The dealership told me I would have to replace the ignition for over $ 800. I called over 7 different locksmiths who told me they could not make me a key. One other locksmith came out, charged me for the service call, and told me I would have to replace the ignition and all the locks. I was almost in tears. I gave a final attempt with Jim Rogers lock and Key and they were wonderful. The person on the phone was very helpful and I had two people at my house within the hour. Also, they couldn’t mach my key so they filled me one by hand at no extra charge! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy locksmith! I hope I don’t need a locksmith again, but if I do they will be the ones I call.

Talk about customer service! These guys have it in spades. I live in San Diego and needed a client’s house re keyed in Hemet. With one phone (and the providing the proper paper work), Mike was able to get out and re key the mobile home the next day. It is so nice to have this kind of service. Their willingness to help out and do things right, gives me the confidence to recommend these guys. Call them, they do more than just locks (like knife sharpening)
