Larue Escrow

One of the worst companies I have worked with. It is unfortunate that we did not get a choice of escrow for our clients. But several times I have had to deal with this company. They take a week to respond. two of my deals were delayed by 2 weeks because of their lack of response. Lender would request seller executed items and their response was «due to privacy reasons we cannot provide» WHAT! seriously… the escrow instructions and amendments are funding conditions and contractually obligated to provide to primary parties as they are AGREEMENTS! The times I have had to work with them have been hell to the point that we have Blacklisted this Company at our Company. There are too many people working on the file that I was asked 4 times in one week for the same item or question. It is frustrating and annoying to have to work 4 times as much because escrow is not being what they are supposed to be… a facilitator! Definitely do not recommend using this company
