I only give one star because I cannot give zero. I get their ad in the mail constantly. We needed cleanings, so every time I got their ad, like WEEKLY, I called the number on the ad, and no one answered. It didn’t matter what time of say or night, or what day of the week– no answer. I left a message EVERY time, with never a returned call. I have no idea why I kept trying. Then the last time I tried, a lady answered (in the middle of a weekday), said she was on her cell phone driving, and would call me back. That never happened. Needless to say, we will NEER be trying this place!
