Disappointed in View Finder Low Vision Resource Center — Awful customer service and overpriced! This place was recommended for my 93 year old father-​in-​law for a possible option for his low eye vision. After taking time off of work to drive down Bell road to Sun City on a Friday afternoon in 100+ heat, the representative asked our family to leave at 4:40 because she had to go pick up her child from school. They are supposed to be open until 5pm.
The person was rude and wasn’t concerned at all about HELPING to find a product except to show him a $ 1200.00 pair of magnifying glasses which are ½ the price on Amazon, then showed him the next lower priced at 700.00 and then handed over brochures and said she needed to leave.
THANK GOODNESS BECAUSE MOST OF THEIR PRODUCTS CAN BE FOUND ONLINE AND HALF THE COST OR LOWER.
This isn’t a review on Dr Noon as an OD but it is a review on the staff member and the overpriced products.
