Shell

On Friday I was on my way home and needed to get gas. I NEVER use Shell but am a frequent customer of either Quiktrip or Frys, on this day though I had to stop I wasn’t going to make it to my regular station. At the pump the system authorized my debit card but would not dispense gas. I went to the next pump on the other side, and the same exact thing happened. I went in to tell the clerk and I was not happy, the clerk who was a younger gal told me I was being rude and I needed to get off the property. I told her no your pumps authorized my card twice and I need you to assist me I am a Customer. She said I apparently didn’t know how to use the pump because I obviously wasn’t holding the handle in all the way and sarcastically asked me if I wanted help. I said yes please come outside and show me how to pump gas. She again said I was being rude and I could just get in my car and leave. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had, I filed a complaint with the corporate Shell office in Houston.
