The times I have been here, they have been quick in helping with my transaction and pleasant to deal with. I was a bit surprised to see such low rating. I will continue to consider this store for shipping needs.

I won’t be back. They completely chaned the format of a document I emailed them to print so instead of it being 20 pages it was 40. On top of that they charged me a $ 4 computer usage fee??? I email documents to UPS stores all the time and NEVER have I been charged a fee. I guess they have enough Snow Birds that they don’t feel the need to take care of anyone under 50. There are too many other stores in the area. I won’t be back!

The workers here were really nice and helpful. I went in to make copies and the worker set up the copy machine for me and got all the copies made.
We also asked if we could have a fax sent to them and they obliged. He said he would call us when the FAX came in so we could come down to pick it up.
