Such great customer service! I had sent my wife a dozen roses that lasted about a day BUUUUT, I called FTD and Bardwell’s sent out another Dozen to apologize for the flowers before with a lovely note.
Maybe I’ll go directly to them next time.

I ordered flowers under FTD, never had issues with local florist before but today’s arrangement was ridiculous. I did make a complaint and they are picking up that nasty arrangement and delivering a new one tomorrow. Just so you know what you may be getting this Valentines, I’m pleased to show you what was advertised and what was actually delivered.

My husband and I worked with Jocelyn on the floral arrangements for our wedding, and everything turned out perfectly! Jocelyn was such a delight to work with and very open to incorporating feedback. She is also great about thinking of ways to stay within budget or help reduce costs. I couldn’t have been happier with how the flowers looked, and they played a HUGE part in making the day so special. Definitely recommend working with Bardwell’s Florist!

I’ve been coming to this flower shop for years and usually have a great experience. I choose to support local businesses and not go to Ralph’s or 1−800-flowers. The employees there are very nice, helpful and knowledgable. They take their time and get you what they need and make some very pretty flower arrangements. The previous time I went walked in asking for peonies and surprisingly they had them (was out of season) but they had special order and my girlfriend loved them. This past time I decided to call in early for valentines flowers. I placed my order a week and a half ahead of time for some spray roses plus delivery and vase, the price was good. Delivery was made early in the am which was great. I was surprised when my girl told me the driver didn’t give my girl any flower food. What really pissed me off was the flowers were dead after a day and a half, so a pretty much waste of money as dead disappointing flowers. Won’t be coming back.

Excellent value and service! Two days after my mom’s service, and I can still enjoy the fragrance of the carnations in the arrangement.

This place is amazing!!’ Right around the corner to my house and the whole staff is extremely friendly! My boyfriend has been ordering me flowers from here for years as my sisters previous boyfriends (now husbands) have with them. Plus my father for my mother has often gone there and always come back with a pleasant experience and comments like «They have the nicest arrangements in there. » :)

I used to use Bardwell’s regularly when I lived closer and they always came through so when I had an opportunity to use them this time I was happy. They came through again, perfectly! I described generally what I wanted over the phone and my price range — a gorgeous arrangement was ready for me when it was promised, and I was fully satisfied. They exceeded my expectations again! Worth going out of the way for!

I called this morning and had the best experience possible. The lady who’s name I’m forgetting now that talked to me was super sweet and nice. The arrangement made it same day and looked great! Really good eye for style here and the flowers were perfect.

The staff here is very friendly, prices look good. This place is definitely a little hidden jem in the SFV. This will be my new home town florists. Awesome music playing; «hey teacher leave those kids alone!»

Jocelyn was so fun to work with for my wedding. Within my budget, fun, Eco friendly and beautiful! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

Belated, but this place helped me out in a pinch! After realizing my friend’s flowers for her wedding were going to be plastic (eek!), I decided to buy a real bridal bouquet for her, as well as 2 bridesmaids bouquets. This was super last minute — wedding was Sunday afternoon and I walked in here Saturday morning. So we had to work with what they had, but the flowers were beautiful and the whole experience was great! Next time I need flowers, this is where you’ll find me!

The customer service here was wonderful. I ordered a custom arrangement over the phone for my wife (anniversary). I didn’t want the normal flower arrangement and asked for something contrasty and different, aka be creative. Jacqueline designed a beautiful and visually stunning arrangement. Thank you! I shall return to Bardwell’s.

Stopped by for a last minute addition to a birthday gift on Saturday. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I got what I needed at a great price, and had a nice chat with people who seemed genuinely interested in what I was doing.
This is a great shop, with fantastic decorations all around. If I lived in the area this would be the only shop I go to.

Seriously, could this place get any cuter?
I needed a huge gift basket, and only had an hour or so. I went across the street to Bardwells, and was greeted by the sweetest husband and wife team. The store is just adorable, with origami birds flying across the room

I literally gave them like 14 shopping bags full of stuff I’d bought for my basket.
Anyway, an hour later, I come to pick up my basket and I was blown away. They individually wrapped, bagged, and decorated each gift. Then placed it in a huge beautiful basket and even implemented the ugly flower I gave them.
The whole thing cost $ 60, basket included! I was so impressed, this is definitely where I’m going from now on for floral stuff.

I usually don’t have a reason to buy flowers but when I do, Bardwell’s is the automatic choice. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They always make you feel welcomed when you come in and offer great suggestions to make your arrangement look absolutely amazing. I remember the first time I came to buy flowers from here was for a memorial service for my teacher. The staff was very attentive and understanding to my situation as I described how I wanted the flowers to be and how she was as a person. The flowers that they arranged really captured the essence of my teacher. Many people complimented on the flowers that day. It gave a soft-​spoken, graceful presence to the room. ‘Til this day, I still remember those beautiful flowers. This is the reason I keep coming back, their flowers are unforgettable.
Recently I ordered a white orchid lei for my friend’s graduation because didn’t want to go with the traditional purple orchid lei that most people buy. The girl who helped me with my order suggested adding ribbons to them would give it an extra «something» to the white flowers. When I went to pick up my order, I was delighted! Light blue, orange, and yellow ribbons intertwined with the lei which gave it a nice summer-​y feel. My friend and her family loved it! They appreciated the time I spent to pick out her lei. From a simple idea that I had, Bardwell’s turned it into something spectacular!
Whether it’s a grievable or happy occasion, Bardwell’s Florist will make it memorable and well-​spent. I have never been disappointed with an order. Not. Even. Once.

Whenever you walk in they are ready to help. As a collective, both the employees and owners, take pride in their work .
The staff here isn’t pushy. They listen to the customer and they will do their best to see that your needs are met. The shop has been owned by the same family since the 60’s and they are the best at what they do. You won’t see any funny business from anyone here. At Bardwell’s, they are honest and hard working. They really care about the product and their customers
