This is how my experience was; Cashier: hello how can I help you? My wife: can I get the Western bacon cheeseburger without a Patty, put the patty on the side please. Cashier:(then he clicks some stuff on his screen, lots of clicking) Me: can I please get the steakhouse burger. Cashier: Will that complete your order? Me: yes(he gives me my total and i pay) We sit down… We get a tray with two Fries, one burger, Western bacon cheeseburger with a sticker that says special, …my burger is nowhere to be found. (remember how my wife said no Patty) My wife opens the wrapper, and shows me her burger with two patties!!! She goes to return it, then comes to sit down. Minutes later she gets another Western bacon cheeseburger with a sticker saying special on it. The person delivering it apologizes and places the burger on the table along with the patty on the side. I asked them where is my burger? They reply«they are making it it’s taking longer than usual».(While he told me that, are he had on order with the steakhouse burger for someone that ordered after me) lol My wife opens her burger and guess what, there is a patty still in the burger. So now I get up and go get her a Western bacon cheeseburger without a patty. And they guys handed me my steakhouse burger. Oh, they charged us extra for the patty on the side LOL $.35 extra, not worth The argument. Carl’s Jr., please except my $.35 in donation for training of your staff. Honestly, it’s not that hard.

I really dont understand how its possible that this carls Jr went to shit after they remodeled it, some people here were waiting about an hour for 2 burgers to top it off their order was wrong. Worst fucking experience ever

I honestly wouldn’t even rate this place i went to the drive throught they got my order wrong and brought my cousin and we waited 45 minutes for his food and multiple as well some one told the manager thier service sucks his response was«i know» lol So much for remodeling big waste of money…

My boyfriend and I went there this afternoon, usually we get pretty good service. Today however that did not happen. The girl that was taking our order was giving us her attention today and about half way through our order another staff member some kind of management walked up and interrupted us, talking to the employee, and ignoring the fact that she was in the middle of an order,(Which by the way she got absolutely correct, with the rude interruption). We paid for our order and walked away, and got our drink and our table. I am very ill and cannot eat a whole burger by myself and as it was hot outside my boyfriend and I decided to split a Burger because they are huge and very filling. When we ordered it was right on the ticket that we wanted the burger wrapped in lettuce and then Cut in half. The food came and it was wrapped in lettuce but not cut in half. So I took it back to the counter and the person who interrupted the order taker waited on me. She was very rude and told me we do not have to cut your burger in half. We could have someone come to your table with a knife. What I wanted to tell her was I ordered and paid for this meal and I would like it if it just came the way I ordered it. I was completely shocked by her rudeness, and I left the counter with the burger just the way it came. Here is my advice to her now. I come to your restaurant quite frequently or rather make that I did and so do my housemates and my friends, but that is going to change. I can go up around laurel the other way or over on Roscoe and get a person that treats me properly. Here is my other suggestion. Clean up your nasty restrooms and dining room. The restrooms are usually completely disgusting. Trash on the floors and a dirty toilet. Please know I am calling your corporate office tomorrow and letting them know how we were treated by this woman. I am a good person though, and I will also tell them that the young lady the took the order originally did her job well even though this shift manager was rude and interrupted her. She was polite and professional and the other one could actually learn something from her.

Delfated/smsller portions, with inflated prices… Carl Karcher is rolling over in his expensive grave somewhere. A burrito cost me 5 Bucls this morning, and it was nowhere NEAR as large as the last time I got the same item. Carl’s is going to Hell in a handbasket. PLEASEHURRYBACK In n Out… if there was a way to give zero stars I would have.

For some reason I decided to eat something unhealthy for a change Lately I’ve been really watching what I eat but thought to my self what the heck let’s have a burger I haven’t been to a Carl’s jr for well over 2 years I pull up to that drive and find combos that cost $ 12, are you serious $ 12 for fast food drive through burger lol. I rather make a 10 mile drive and go five guys. I figured heck I was already there so I ordered my thick ½ ibs burger and paid $ 12. I got home and ate the tasteless burger becauSe I wasn’t going to go back out at 11 to pick up something else. The burger reminded of the movie«Good Burger» Only good thing out of this is to remind me why I stay away from fast food

This Carl’s Jr sucks everytime i order to give me the wrong order I have to always stay there at the window for them to fix it and they’re stingy with everything ketchup you have to ask for numbers of packets if not they’ll just give you one and the people there seems to not know English what’s up with that it’s fine if you’re Hispanic and speak Spanish but if you’re going to be working there than speak English not that hard and they’re just plain rude overall the whole staff just rude!!!

I’ve been to this Carl’s Jr twice. And there won’t be a third time. The first time I was there, it was dine in. The furniture at this location is just all beat up and dirty. Over all it was a bad atmosphere. Second time, I tried doing drive through instead. When I opened up my food, they were all poorly put together, and full of grease and pieces of scraps that doesn’t belong there.

Recently remodeled. It looks a lot better than before. No more carpet or ripped up seats. Got me a Double 6 dollar cheese burger! And ate that baby with 1 Oreo cookie shake and then I had 2 more shakes(strawberry and Oreo) because 1 shake wasn’t enough! I love those shakes. So I ate 1 double 6 dollar burger, 2 orders of fries and 3 shakes. I put the cashier through so many scenarios but he took the time to understand my order and didn’t give me any attitude. :)

When I think of this place or Canyon Plaza itself, it takes me back to minimum days/shortened days of middle school. Other than that, this place is not really kept. On top of that, they’re slow and pretty rude. I’ve had a few instances already where I’ve waited longer than I should have because they forgot to place my order and then they give me attitude because I tell them. I still come here, though, because I do crave Carl’s Jr.‘s food or Green Burrito’s gringo Mexican food on occasion.

Its cool this place is also a green burrito and the food is good. but i agree with Jim below, this place is a hot mess. It is trashed and corporate doesnt give a shit about it. The booths are trashed, the tables are all lop-sided and the bathrooms look like hell twice over.

Shout out to the homie, Adrian. Lol. No seriosly, this guy is ALWAYS here. Like, dude do you ever sleep? He’s always here when my drunk ass is on my way home from a wreckless night :) I refuse to come here sober and during the day because all you see is little boogers shuffling in line. AKA, the most annoying thing in the world. Say HI to Adrian. he is awesome and he hooks it uppp :) PS, it’s always open so you can eat inside at any time.
