I have been using Event Apparel for nearly 8 years for high school baseball uniforms. Terry and Sandy have never failed me. They will take any idea and make it happen. They produce a quality, custom product and if there are any problems they fix it immediately. The customer service is top notch as well.

Last week I was launching a marketing campaign in Seattle, flying people in from around the country. I needed over a dozen shirts with an embroidered logo on the chest and sleeve completed and shipped in 2 days. My vendor said it would be 2 weeks to complete the order. I found Event Apparel through my neighbor and put my trust in them to meet this critical deadline. Not only did they get the special order Ogio shirts I needed completed and shipped on time, but they also came in under budget. I worked with Terry who was very nice and really accommodating as well as Sandy who had some great suggestions for the embroidery. The two of them make a great team and made the entire process really easy. I’ve dealt with other custom embroidery/screen printing companies a lot in the past that made me feel like I was bothering them with my order. Event Apparel made me feel like I was part of their family. I will be using Event Apparel in the future.

I work on a TV show that needs quick turn-over on a very regular basis. We are calling them for one thing or another once a week, whether it’s to have patches made up with embroidery, or to have special heat transfer placed on tee shirts. Event has never failed us. Sandy pretty much rocks.

Wow! The customer service here was strange and upsetting and STOPSCOLD if you ask for a second quote. I sent some artwork and received a quote. My customer wanted a better price so I reduced a color and asked for a new quote about 7 days ago. I had been working with Destiny. Destiny said she would review my order and get me a new quote. I called to check, but on Friday, 7 days after I sent in the quote, she hadn’t responded. I called and another woman kept telling me that Destiny would return my call with a quote. I emailed Destiny and she did not return emails. The service became horrible and upsetting. They have for some reason decided they don’t want to help me as a customer and I feel prejudiced against for no reason. I can’t understand why a company would do that. Destiny acted uncooperative and strange when I asked for a second quote. I deal with vendors all day long and get great products, but this company is being rude and unhelpful. It is upsetting and I realized that it is important to let others know that if you ask for«too much» there is a limit to their customer service and it stops cold.

I was looking for a place to customize my gal’s Dodger jersey for her birthday when Event Apparel was recommended. I called on a Friday and explained that I needed this customization by the following Wednesday and was assured by the receptionist that it would not be a problem. Dropping off my item that afternoon I was free from the responsibility of thinking how to make my gal’s birthday special; or so I thought… Tuesday came and I called to see how my jersey customization was going along. The same young lady(receptionist) answered and transferred me to Terry(The BOSS). This time Terry assured me that I could pick up my jersey Wednesday afternoon without fail. 2:00pm Wednesday arrives and I make the same phone call to see how my jersey customization was coming along. The young lady answers(receptionist) and asks me question after question to confirm my order. After several holds I am told that my jersey has not been touched and Terry(The BOSS) is nowhere to be found. By 3:00pm I was back at Event Apparel picking up my non-customized jersey with an apology, «Sorry my BOSS(Terry) failed you.» Now I have to worry because my gal’s birthday is Thursday the 13th. Thank you Event Apparel, Terry(The BOSS), for this Epic FAIL! Now my gal’s birthday gift will arrive 14-days late from . Do yourself a favor and avoid Event Apparel. I know I will…
