Showed up around 1:40 pm to locked doors with a sign that said be back at 1:30. Flag number one. Flag number two was two men finally walking up to open the doors, if there’s two of you why the hell did you ever need to have the place closed.
Backstory: I lapsed on my car insurance and was told I couldn’t pay over the phone and had to go to a location or send in a money order. I said I’d go in and the representative over the phone pulled up this location and said I could go there.
I informed the guy I was working with of what was going on. While trying to pull up my account he was too concerned with his text messages and had me repeat my policy number three times before getting it right.
Without informing me of what’s going on he calls into customer service, I asked him twice what was going on because the first time he didn’t hear me the second time he responded slightly annoyed like I was bothering him trying to do his job and Instagram at the same time.
As he’s on the phone he starts saying generalized things like «ok, I’ll let her know. Ok, she will mail it.» While still on the phone I told him I do not want to mail it and if that was what I HAD to do I shouldn’t have been told to waste my time and gas driving over here to do it, and if the person on the phone is saying otherwise ask to speak to a supervisor. Of course, he ignored me and hangs up.
Tells me I have to mail it. Now I’m irritated and repeat myself like I’d been doing since the beginning and tell him they need to be called back. He said he could give me the number and I could reach out on my own and after about five minutes of arguing with the lazy jerk he lets me use he phone, I explain to the rep what’s going on and I’m informed that they can in fact do it they just have to fax it. Considering the fact that this guy told me there was nothing he could do at all I made sure that the phone rep got on the phone and repeated exactly what he said to me.
Ironically enough, NOW THEY CAN DO IT BUT THERES A 10 $ PROCESSING CHARGE. Which mind you, would have been fine before Mr. YoureNotMakingMeCommissionSoEffYou blatantly lied to my face.
I ask to speak to a manager and the manager says there’s nothing that can be done about the charge and did not even apologize nor say anything in response to my explanation of how lazy, inconsiderate and in appropriate his employee had been with me. I was offered water.
Don’t go here unless you are planning on getting a new form of insurance because they don’t care about anything other than what’s going to make them money.

Great Insurance company, awesome location in relation to where I live and work. The customer service is amazing, Marcello and Erik, top notch. They were able to give me a great cost comparison and showed me how there service and pricing was going to be more rewarding then staying with triple AAA. I love these guys, I will be back soon.

Went here after going to 4 other places for full coverage insurance on my car. Talk about saving some money and being able to pay my insurance! Erick helped me get full coverage on my car insurance with 4 points on my record and a sr22 paying 160 a month! Yes full coverage and with a horrible record! This place is a MUST GO!
