I personally think this is the Best Kept Secret in Hollywood — I have never seen a better place to film — having seen all kinds of green screens this is the best and most affordable place — how can you also find the hippest Spaceship sets (can you say Devo’s last video/​yes +++) — But, now they have built a beautiful new kitchen — super handy. Mary and Patrick are so helpful and really work with your budget and accommodate peoples crazy schedules. AAA+++ I just wish the map said North Hollywood because this place is actually closer than you think !!!

PROS Great stage, lots of parking, friendly staff, great offices
CONS only 2 stages, on the smaller side for big productions
Amazing space, Josh Whedon used to shoot scenes for Firefly here. The staff is amazingly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your production a success. We shot my friend’s pilot here yesterday and were able to get quality shots in an amazing place. We had Adam who was helpful in telling us where everything was. We decided to rent Stage B because we would be using the space ship set, the place is sound proof with plenty of space and anything you could want for film/​television production.

What a find! A friend who shot a commercial here told me about the place. Shot on their green screen and used some of their gear. Great stage, really nice people, reasonable rates, and tons of parking. Offices could use some sprucing, but the rental manager told me they’re planning a lot of upgrades. In the Valley, but not a bad drive from the West Side at all.
