Poor customer service. Tried for two weeks to get a quote from the sales department. Had 200 4×4 ft rounds to anodize — they missed a huge account. Tried to get in touch via web, then by calling and leaving a message with reception, then by directly calling the sales guy and leaving a message. Two weeks later, I went with another provider. A friend had recommended them to me — only to say later that the place appeared to be going down hill.
