The first time I came there it was lunch, and the wait even though fairly long was expected. When I got my sandwich it wasn’t toasted even though going through the toaster. I just said F it, I am in a hurry, so I will just suffer through an untoasted Quiznos sub, that I had not experienced before because Quiznos claim to fame is the toasted sub. The second time I came in, I brought my wife. There was a family of three in front of us, an no lie it took them over 20 mins to mess with their order. I kept peaking over, looking at all the non sense that was going on, like the lady that didn’t seem to know how to use the register. I guess I was trying to show to older gentleman through body language that it is taking an extreme amount of time, and we are starting to get upset. He did what ever he could to ignore us, we were even making dissatisfaction noises to get a little confirmation that he acknowledges we have been waiting a long amount of time and let us know that soon he will get to us. Nothing, did what ever he could to just ignore us looking down the entire time as he is going back and fourth, spending a min weighing ingredients out, then he’d go back to register, etc… So the wife yells out, lets just go please, I say wait just a min, and hoping that maybe he heard her and wanted to keep our business, I waited a few mins more. Finally we just slowly left, and I looked back as we were walking out, and the two older people working there couldn’t care less. I run a small business, so I really know how customer service works, and I totally respect the mom and pop operation, but some Moms and Pops just should not be the ones working the beat on their operation, also there is a certain amount of customer service Americans(or people who have lived in this area for more that 10yrs like us) have come expect, and I think in certain places there is a difference in opinion on how you should treat people. He could have easily acknowledged us, built some personal connection, looked us in the eyes, and said, so sorry I will be with you in just a min. We even understand the owners native language, he could have said it that way as well. If he did that I may have waited a few more mins, but that wasn’t the case. I have been to Suways, and other Quiznos that would have helped up to 30 people in the amount of time we were there. Last is the guy before us was asking the guy to change his gloves, I guess he wasn’t changing them enough, and that was something else we wanted to mention.

Yes, i would agree that their sandwiches are great. However, i think it’s a bit expensive. Seriously, I can find a much better and cheaper sandwiches spot. Talking about cleanliness, nothing to argue with it!

My husband found a piece of a metal scouring pad in his sandwich. My salad was not fresh(frozen cucumbers and dried out apples)…next time we will choose the Subway just down the street!

Very rude staff. They have no respect for there costumer service. They charge you extra to put on a few olives. The guy working wouldn’t tell me his name because he knew he was being rude. Don’t come here unless you want to support a horrible business.

Grabage. Is it really that hard to put no cheese? Also, no. you can’t just half-assed take it off. Cheese melts into everything. Some people dont order it because they are ALLERGIC not just because they don’t like it. Put more effort. & actually take orders accurately.

I know some Quiznos get bashed for not being clean, having old ingredients, etc but this Quiznos does not fall into that category! Super clean and organized and really friendly service. The worker took a lot of time and care to make my sandwich which I really appreciate! Also has a small parking lot so parking wasn’t an issue. Would definitely recommend this location.

Not great but not bad. I checked in to redeem the $ 1 off on Unilocal and the guy(maybe owner) stared at my phone for a long time. He then said the offer expired which caught me off guard and handed me back the phone. Lucky me Unilocal has two discount offers so I pulled up the other coupon and told him I found another one but he already gave me the discount. That was nice of him. Kudos for the nice service and I did appreciate the fact that although he was in charge adding veggies and wrapping the sandwiches he was very careful to not touch the money with the hand that was handling food(he had a glove on). So on the food. I ordered a large turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Like someone mentioned I would pass on the guacamole. It had a weird taste and didn’t seem fresh(my guess is that it was purchased pre-made). With the discount the sandwich was $ 8 — a little pricey for lunch. I would come again and probably order something else next time.

DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION! Manager(owner?) is HORRIBLE! He is mean and rude to his staff and yells at them in front of customers, even takes subs out of their hands to finish them. He has new employees every week,(I’m assuming because they keep quitting), so service is exceptionally slow. Also, the manager is EXTREMELY cheap and skimps on meat but will load up your sandwich with lettuce. Also, he charges EXTRA for vegetables. VEGETABLES! Who does that? And when asked about it he says«price went up. If I gotta pay, you gotta pay.» And after complaining about this to him, he later told one of my coworkers that I «buy the cheapest thing on the menu and expect all these extras for free.» First of all, I buy normal small subs, but secondly how can a manager have the NERVE to talk crap about a customer to another customer?!? Also — I once told him that his iced tea tasted like it was just water, no tea, and he argued with me that he made it that morning. So I kept telling him to just try it so he could understand what I was saying, but he refused! He just kept saying«well I made it this morning.» So I threw away my cup since I don’t drink soda. Then as I was leaving he said he made more, so I told him I threw away my cup, and instead of offering me another one he shrugged his shoulders and says«oh well.» If you want to be treated like a decent human being, and feel for employees who are treated poorly, then boycott this location. Franchise owners shouldn’t be able to get away with this type of treatment just because they’re under a corporate umbrella.

Everything was clean and food was fresh and delicious. I hadn’t gone to a Quiznos in years but it took me this one revisit to win me over and I will come back and tell my friends about it too. This Quiznos in particular is owned by the sweetest and nicest couple and who I really appreciated the amazing customer service. I think it’s worth paying a bit more for quality, because after all, it is what’s going inside your body and we should be sending it the best stuff.

The service was great and the place is kept clean. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. I was expecting a broken down place, but was surprised to see how neat it was.

DONTLETBADREVIEWSFOOLYOU! My GF and I were on our way home and decided to stop in and grab a sub. She had the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and I had the turkey ranch and swiss. BOTH delicious!!! Actually had to come back tonight and have the same thing again! Not only is the food fresh but the staff/owners go above and beyond to satisfy their customer! Restaurant is super clean and even a lil on the cooler side(good to keep germs away). This Quiznos has been added to our once a week list! If you want hot and stuffy and $ 5 dollar sandwiches, there’s a Subway down the road. Leave this gem to us.

I never like to write a bad review but I’m pissed off. I picked up lunch from here before an it was okay but today I got a simple salad and I got back to work to eat it. The lettuce was rotten. I am so grossed out. You have one job make food for people not try to hurt them… 7 bucks for a salad straight to the trash. If I could give you no stars I would. The owner is nice but I’m sorry if ur selling rotten food that’s not right.

The owner of this business always makes us feel at home, the chili bean soup is a must have with any artisan sandwich and don’t forget the raspberry lemonade the owner just offered to make a fresh batch, great customer service every time!

This place is one of the worst businesses. They are cheats and thieves. They pay their employees $ 5 hr. They are dirty and have roaches in which they hide well.

The atmosphere of this place is completely uncomfortable; the air is hot and stuffy as the physical appearance of the store is unsanitary. The service was bad and my sandwich was made incorrectly. Much to my dismay, the owner didn’t mind that my bacon had been placed atop my sandwich as apposed to being toasted with the whole thing as it should have been. I was upset at how rude he was towards his workers as well as the customers. I will definitely never be back nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

I came here for lunch today since I was craving one of their salads. I used to work in Canoga Park and would always go to the Quiznos on Topanga and they had the best salads. After I ordered my salad the guy behind the counter pulls out some lettuce from a big plastic container that looks like it was previously used to to rinse their mop! I should’ve walked out then but I was really craving my salad. I asked the guy if I got flat bread with that and he says«it used to come with flatbread but not anymore, do you want to add it for a dollar?» I was like what the heck? But again I was craving my salad WITH flatbread on the side so I was like okay whatever. When I got back to work I was so disappointed with my salad!)-: The lettuce was old, dry and wilted. My CHICKEN salad had very, very few pieces of chicken. I understand this is a franchise restaurant & this might cause some difference in preparation but this was just ridiculous! The owner of this place is clearly trying to cut corners and the quality of the food is taking a hit. BIGTIME! I guess I’ll be sticking to Subway where I know what I’ll be getting and it will cost me half as much. In the end I was stuck with an $ 8 salad that I didnt even eat ½ of!

Selling three varieties of fake iced tea here. Is it hard to pour hot water over tea leaves? Why do you have to use a mix?
