This UPS is a Fraud, they over charge everything when it should be free and if you take a box wit no tape its 2 dollars. They dont even use the box you ask for nor do they use free envelope they make you buy a box but then never use the box you paid for (5 $) and use the free envelope after so that that scum bag of the boss can keep the money for himself

Over the last couple of years, I gave this UPS store all of my business, whether it was to fax large documents or mail something out. They used to have good customer service, such as one time when I picked up a roll of tape and was told that I didn’t have to buy it and that they would tape it up for me. I even liked talking with a couple of the employees and would joke with them every time I came in.
A few months ago, after a brief stop of using their service, I had to ship a single pair of jeans out to Long Beach. The cost was so expensive that I even considered just driving the jeans over, but the manufacturer doesn’t allow it. I hesitantly paid for the shipping.
Fast forward to today, I had to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label. I didn’t have any tape at home and figured that this UPS store would tape it for me like they sometimes do. The clerk took one look at my box and stated that they charge $ 2 to put a single strip of tape on top of the box. She then gave me a look like she didn’t want to take my box. I then asked how much their tape was on the shelves, and she said the smallest roll is $ 4.95 plus tax. Thus, I had the choice of keeping my package and leaving the store, paying $ 2 for a strip of tape, or buying merchandise from them at a price of $ 5.44 (with a sales tax of 9.9%, even though the sales tax around here is 9%).
I will now avoid this location and try to find another one where customer service exists and the employees at least are friendly and want your service.

UPS is not worthy of anyone’s business. They have no regard whatsoever for their customers. If you are a person with no job or life and you are able to be home all day long, then you will have no trouble receiving your package. If you have a job and a life and are not able to be home during the day, then you have very little chance of receiving your packages from them. I once had a package delivered to me when I was not home so I went to their store to pick it up and they told me that it was sent back. Other times I have had packages stolen because the idiot driver just left it sitting outside my door. Then, when you report it stolen, they accuse you of being a fraud. This is how they treat their customers. Don’t waste your time or money on these assholes. They are not worth it!

****WARNING**** Stay away from this store, because deceiving customers may be business as usual. I took a guitar to ship to Brooklyn, NY. I was told the item weighted 12 pounds, and It would take until January 7^th for delivery, through ground shipping. It would cost me $ 97 dollars, box and bubbles not included (additional $ 14) I declined to ship it. The next day I stopped at a FEDEX store, FEDEX weighed the guitar 9.8 pounds. They suggested to buy my own box so I can save money, and shipping fee would be $ 20.87, 3 to 4 days delivery. Shock! I am overwhelmed, and disappointed UPS is into cheating every citizen. UPS lied about the weight, and it over estimated shipping fees. Think twice before shipping anything through UPS.

Good customer service. Melissa helped me a lot with shipping my package and telling me how much it would be to add insurance. The lines are sometimes long but I definitely will be coming back

Karinay is the best! She was working by herself on Friday night and helped me ship 2 5 feet trophies when I was on an extremely tight timeline. She was positive and assured me that my packages would arrive safely to the location. She is seriously a rockstar!

The worst UPS location. I called in the morning to get 200 pages printed and they said no problem that I could email the PDF file. I called back a couple of times to see if it was received and no one was answering. I tried again several hours later and finally an answer. I told the girl I would be there before they closed at 6:30 and she said ok. I get an email at 5:30 notifying me it’s ready to pick up. I show up at 6pm and the store is closed. Really?!? I absolutely needed those documents this evening. I’m taking my business somewhere else next time and you should too.

They often close early, just posting a note on the door. Recently, this ruined a package of medicine that I needed urgently for a pet! The day before, we had asked how late they were open, but they closed hours early. The cold packs in the package did not hold out. Fortunately, we found the medicine elsewhere, but we had to reorder $ 250 of ruined vaccines! They gave us 4 months free, which is worth only half that. The owner says there is nothing more he could do, but that’s B.S. He’s the owner!
Also, Nick is gone.

Had a document notarized here. Nick was nice and accommodating. $ 10 per notarized signature. Thumb print and ID required.
