What a wonderful spot for a grandparent to take their grandchildren! Great ice cream and the kids can feed the donkeys and goats, too! There are lots of games to play in the large yard as well as a club house and large doll play house. And when your grand children are not with you, come on your own or with your 88 year old mom, who loves the fat free butter pecan ice cream! I love the cappuccino crunch– large portions Patsy M.

What a great place to visit on a nice summer day. Not only do they have a great list of fresh farm made ice cream, but the location is gorgeous! Great place to take the family too with plenty of activities to do such as: Feed baby goats, volley ball net, kids play area, & picnic tables to enjoy your ice cream. Definitely a must visit spot if in the area. Enjoy!!!

What a great place! The ice cream was fantastic, but fair warning– the portions are huge! A single scoop cup was definitely more than one scoop of ice cream! I love that this place is also an animal sanctuary. The best part was all of the toys and playground type equipment they had. My year and a half old son had a blast playing on the seesaw and pedal tractor(supervised, of course!) Even after the ice cream was finished we hung around for a while so he could play. We definitely made some good memories!

The richest ice cream around! A bit pricey, but well worth it. Something new on the farm every year. Very family friendly!

This is a great place to go have ice cream and sit and chat with friends and family. The ice cream is fantastic and quite a selection, all at a reasonable price. There is a place to sit and talk, let the kids and grandkids play or shop for local goods.

This place is a gem. We just had cones of blueberry, banana, and strawberry. The quality and flavors were fantastic. The stand was clean and well-kept with lots to do for kids(picnic tables, games, donkeys to feed). I was intrigued by the thought of a banana split but that will have to wait for next time. This will definitely become a go-to place for us. Bartletts pick-your-own blueberries is right around the corner. Congratulations on a great local business. We are happy to support you!

Sanctuary Dairy Farm is a wonderful place! Opened in May 2010 by 10 year old Beck Johnson, the ice cream stand serves delicious New Hampshire made Walpole Ice Cream. The link below features some press about the establishment! The spot has picnic tables and toys, such as baseball gloves, model horses, and basketballs, for kids to play with after they enjoy their ice cream. The servings here are extremely generous and very reasonably priced. A small farm stand at the same location, and run by the same owner, features local produce, eggs, milk, maple syrup, and crafts.
