Well this is the second time I’ve purchased a beef tenderloin from this Kroger. 1st time it was bad(tons of fat) and they made up for it by refunding my money. 2nd time I thought I’d give them a try, same thing happened ¼ of the total weight was fat and at $ 10 a pound that is NOT acceptable. Went and talked to the manager at the time, Nick Toomb, which he would only give me a $ 10 gift card for my $ 60 purchase. He told me they don’t package the meat, as if that matters, they have no problem slapping their name on it but when a problem happens… oh, it’s not ours. When there are SO many grocery stores in the area why would you treat your long standing customers this way? Thanks Kroger for making our Christmas a little less enjoyable, and thanks Nick Tomb for NOT doing your job. I will never shop this location again.
