We found the rental unclean with substandard conditions. Upon entry and viewing the uncleanliness, smell of mold, and state of disrepair found at the property, it was clear that no cleaning of the property was done for some time. Additionally, we found that the ad is very misleading to the public and the property does not command the rent charged and moreover question its habitability. We hope that the landlord will take the correct course of action by: Remediate the property by properly cleaning and repairing the site. Correct the ad to accurately portray the current conditions of the site and further amend the accompanying narrative. With viewing the obvious poor state of the rental and the conversation with the landlord’s agent, we are confident this is not the first time the property has garnered dissatisfaction from its renter(s As a business owner, customer feedback should be used constructively to improve the quality and standards by which the landlord runs his company.
