Exterior: it is co-​located with a daycare center, so the parking lot can be busy at different times of the day. It has always been clean and presentable outside.
Interior: the waiting area is comfortable and has plenty of seating. There is a TV and plenty of reading material in the waiting area. The exam rooms appear to be new and are very clean.
Staff: the staff has always been polite and friendly. Sometimes they are personable and a pleasure, other visits, the staff have been strictly professional. They haven’t been rude, just professional. The main issue I have with this location is the poor follow up. I have been there a couple of times and been informed that I will receive a call with results and yet have received no phone calls.
It’s a doctor’s office, so make sure to get your appointment before going and make your own calls to get follow up information.
