Brought my son to this location for an ear infection, doctor said one of his ears looked just a little red, would not prescribe antibiotics and said it should clear itself up. Next day took my son to his doctor, he had a double ear infection and was immediately prescribed antibiotics, huge difference within 24 hours. To think he suffered an extra day for their incompetence. Can’t trust the doctors at this place, won’t go back and I’m not paying the bill.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this Urgent Care. I went here to be treated for a small rash, NP shined a flash light on it and told me it was a bug bite and prescribed a cream. I finally got in to see my PCP a few days later and he diagnosed me with the Shingles and said that cream was actually making it worse. Normally I wouldn’t post a review but this was not my first bad experience at this UC.

Very friendly staff with no long waiting time. Clean facility. Nurse Practitioner on staff. I had a kidney infection. They were able to take the urine sample and do testing at the time, then sent out the urine for further testing. I was prescribed mediation. The facility then called to follow up with me two days later. When I missed the call, they left a voice mail. They called another 2 days later. I was very happy going to this urgent care. Recommend.

Please choose to go somewhere else. I was misdiagnosed on my first visit and after a week my symptoms got progressively worse. On my return visit I wasn’t treated and was told to go to the ER, and was charged $ 112. No wonder healthcare costs are out of control. However, if you are looking for a pill mill this may be the place for you.
