Good, solid, reasonably-​priced, rapid service. I read the review that panned this store for lack of people skills. It’s true; the owner is not about fun personal interaction. But I’ve gotten nothing but good, quick service, and honest advice, even when it was to the detriment of his sales, from this man. The prices are significantly better than the Laughing Dog in Amherst and I’ve gotten surprisingly fast service.

Came in here to look for a women’s hybrid bike. I had expressed to the sales associate that I really wanted to find a bike that had some color. He not only seemed disinterested, but he was very negative in his response. He said, «You won’t find anything like that here. I don’t even carry women’s clothes anymore because they do poorly.» He complained about that and made no attempt to ask any questions or assist me in any way. His general lack of customer service will keep me from going back. There are better little bike shops around.
