Andrew came to my house in Sherman Oaks yeserday just at a moment’s notice and on time to service 3 carpeted bedrooms. I was very impressed with his work because not only is his price very reasonable, I was able to save a lot of money from having to replace my designer carpets. The carpets look as good as new especially that I have pets who contributed to the stains. I’m definitely a happy customer. Great job Andrew! I’ll be using you again for my travertine tiles which need deep cleaning and sealing. Looking forward to have them in perfect condition and now knowing your work that is definitely going to be a reality. Thanks again and awesome work!

Great Service! Andy made me a very happy customer.
We were in need of cleaning the tile floors and sealing the grout for our bakery.
Andy came to my store, surveyed what needed to be done, gave me a price, and we set an appointment for the cleaning.
Day of, he was at the store on time, and waited patiently for us to finish up with the baking in the kitchen.
The end result is pure beauty!

I have never been more dissatisfied with ANY service than I am with Andrew’s Carpet Care. Let’s start with the fact that he knowingly over– charged my elderly mother. My mother was definitely a victim in this case. He cleaned 3 average sized rooms and charged my mother $ 650.00!!! He claims that he did so due to «pet oder extraction.» The area «treated» was no more than 4’x4’. Once I learned of his despicable deception, I called Mr. Andrew and was able to negotiate a $ 200.00 refund. Not nearly enough of a refund, which was returned in the form of a money gram rather than the agreed upon cash– adding further inconvenience to my mother. I may have let bygones be bygones, however when I arrived at my mother’s home on the Thursday following his Saturday «cleaning service,» and the carpet had finally dried, I was horrified to discover that his «pet oder extraction» resulted in the complete destruction of my mother’s carpet in the dinning room. Turns out «pet oder extraction» means bleach and destroy the carpet. See photos attached.
Not only is my mom out a ridiculously inflated fee of $ 450.00, she will now have to re-​carpet the area as it is beyond repair.
WARNING to the Elderly and their loved ones and/​or caregivers– this man will defraud you of your money! My one star review is by default otherwise I would be posting with ZERO stars.

Andrew did a great job on my pet stained carpet! I can’t believe I spent so much money and effort using store bought remedies — they didn’t work and just left their own smell. Andrew cleaned it all up great! Thank you!!!

Andrew and Joe are amazing… they showed up when they were supposed to and came prepared to work and boy did they work… My kitchen had not had a good scrubbing in years and sparkled when they were done. The price they quoted me was much less than I expected to pay and I definitely got my money’s worth. I would recommend them highly!

andrew’s carpet cleaning is the best service I have ever used. andy and his assistant, joe were professional and went out of their way to do the best possible work. I highly recommend them for any task!

Andrew works very hard, quickly, and his prices are very reasonable. I found him through Groupon to clean my carpets. He did such an awesome job, I had him clean our sectional sofa and a silk covered sofa bench that was filthy. Amazing job on everything!

Awesome work. Andrew came over to my one bedroom apartment with a co-​worker and they were very professional and courteous. We discussed what needed to be done, the cost, my budget, etc. They ended up cleaning my one bedroom apartment and a loveseat for $ 120, with pretreatment and all. They vacuumed before the cleaning, which was great. There were a few tough stains that didnt come off the carpet, that Andrew was upfront about beforehand. The couch was as good as new after the deep-​cleaning. Overall, i’m happy with the experience and will certainly use their service again.

Overall good job. I wish I could give 3.5 stars for this. Courteous and professional in person, but scheduling and communication beforehand are areas in need of improvement. The pretreatment and carpet cleaning was done efficiently.
