I have been coming to EDEN SPA now just shy of a year. I’m very happy with their services.
I was so used to walking in and hearing all the nail technicians speak to each other, but never to you. Or even worse, dead silence… But, I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to EDEN SPA. Everyone was friendly! Especially nail technician, RICKY, he IS THE BEST
His work is amazing! I’m always so happy with how my nails look ! His work is PERFECT…

I have gotten them done plenty times by a guy named Eric I call him my friend when I would go he is so great at doing nails cause he seems to be a perfectionist at it and left my nails amazing but if you get your nails done by someone else I guarantee you they won’t be great I went for a new set of acrylics and my pinky nail was crooked and my right middle finger acrylic was obviously longer than my left another time I went to get Matte acrylics not by Eric again & they looked so ugly so if you go to Eden I recommend you ask for Eric if not go somewhere else

So I will start by admitting that I didn’t ask the price for Gel nails before we sat down and I wasn’t aware of how much they run for as I had never gotten them before, so that was my fault. I assumed the most they would be is $ 25, since everyone gets them now.
After the nails were done, which were very short (my request) and didn’t include a manicure it was just gel nails, they charged $ 32, plus $ 4 tip that i was suckered into, then they said if I didn’t have cash for tip and wanted it added to credit card payment it woukd be a $ 1 more. Total was $ 37. When I asked my niece how much she paid for gel nails she said she pays for manicure, gel nails AND pedicure for $ 30. Then I was upset, this place is a rip off, that’s a great difference in pricing. They didn’t do an amazing or even great job either, so felt horrible after.

Wow, this place is terrible. I’ve been here 3 – 4 times because they’re local. Two times I had to return to have my gel manicure fixed a day or two later?!! Yesterday will be my last visit, in which they added a $ 5 charge to have gel polish removed even though half of my fingers no longer had any polish on them, and I brought my own polish?! To top it off she nearly shortchanged me by $ 10, after I gave her a generous tip. When I notified her of the error (immediately) she (who I believe is the receptionist/​owner? of the place) was not apologetic in the slightest. Instead, she gave me an attitude, huffing and angrily punching the numbers on her calculator, making it seem like I was being petty for noticing a $ 10 difference in my change? I am horrified. She should have been «I’m so sorrying» all over the place for her «mistake.»
This is all in addition to a sub par manicure that took twice as long as usual, because she had to keep on leaving to run the register. This place needs to learn how to treat their customers.

I love this salon, they are friendly and always fit me in as a walk-​in, even if they are close to closing. I have never had a bad experience here.
I went in and ask for a sparkly gel colored to be blended ombré style and they figured it out for me and gave me beautiful nails.
I get my eyebrows waxed here and have never had a problem like I have had in other places.
It is always a pleasure visiting this salon.

Well I like Kevin he does a good job. But I’m always asked for more, waxing, massage, etc.

I’ve come here with my mom since I was probably 12, so a good 6 years. My mom only ever gets a pedicure, and they do good pedicures. I was happy. Since I’ve gotten older, I started getting acrlyics here. The guy who did them the last time I had them done (about 3 weeks ago) was terrible. When he did them before they were terrible as well. He didn’t touch my cuticles and when I walked out it already looked like I could use a fill. I’ve lost two nails (the third with a band-​aid is hanging on by its last thread). My nails always lift when I get them done by him. Given, it’s been three weeks. But I’ve had them stay on for over 4 when I was really busy and didn’t have time for a fill when they were done by other places. I went here because it was my go to place, but I won’t continue to.

I used to come here all the time get my eyebrows done and a mani pedi. I just came here on Wednesday 7÷22÷15 and GEEZES. THEY JACKED ME UP.
It’s been about 3months since I’ve last been here and I’ve always enjoyed my visit. But yesterday was bad.
1. I made an appointment because the place is usually packed, but the person who was on the phone (a man) was extremely rude and hung up on me before even taking my name.
2. They weren’t busy at all which I found odd but that’s great for me, right. But I get to the desk and the guy is on his phone playing games and completely ignoring me while I’m trying to get his attention. Sir, I do not like you.
3. I get seen to get my eyebrows waxed and I tell her I just want them cleaned up, I didn’t have thin shaved eyebrows and it was clear how my eyebrows already looked. I was just there for a clean up. Really wasn’t much to have to fix.
… So I tell the lady how I’d like them and she nods and smiles. The wax was extremely hot and burned my cheek. Realize: CHEEK not even close to my eyebrows. I can understand a mistake but after im constantly telling you that it’s too hot and her response is just to smile and nod I knew I was in trouble.
ANYWAAYYSSS. Now I have no eyebrows. They’re extremely thin. I wish I had a before picture :/​
3. the wax lady tried charging me a completely different price than what’s advertised on their flyer. Don’t play me woman. If she had the nerve to do that then she knew I was in pain while waxing me lol.
Point is, this used to be the only place I trusted, doesn’t look like the same people work there anymore. I will definitely not be ping back.

First time here, and I’m
impressed. I just moved back to LA, and my sister recommended it. They lady was gentle on my feet and no chit chat back and forth from manicurist (if you know what I mean).
Professional, friendly, clean and decent prices. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but I like peace and quite so I will make the drive.

I would not recommend anyone come get waxed here. The girl I had was very nice but I took more than an he for her to wax, 1, 2, I got a blister because the wax was so hot! I called the following morning and the manager could careless. And she didn’t even do a good job. For the price I paid it was not worth it at all! I wouldn’t even pay a dollar!!! Do not come here. Trust me you will regret it!

I keep updating because the more time goes on the dumber I feel for waisting 50 dollars here. They didn’t turn on my massage chair, my pedicure was horrible, this place was so unsanitary. I’m surprised they still get any business truthfully. I regret coming here 100%.

I just moved to the area and thought I would try this place because it is near my house, was able to get mani/​pedi and eye brow wax without waiting and service was good, polish stayed on. would recommend this place and plan to go back

I like this place because it’s local and fairly good for a quick/​cheap pedicure. I used to give them 4 stars, but their coordination of taking appts and handling multiple customers is no longer handled well. Probably because of the new (?) receptionist. So if you come here when it’s dead you’ll be fine.

I will never come here again. Very disappointed in the customer service, materials used, over priced, and the sloppy sloppy work. I never had a fill where you can see the old work. I was told cheap materials used last time, hmmm, I had them done there! Sloppy sloppy!!! Was getting charged for work not performed. What a rip off! Never again!

My mom and my best friends and I always come here. They are so sweet and do a great job.
I’ve gotten acrylics done on my nails multiple times when they were extremely bitten down, like to the nub. But they managed to work with what I had and it turned out beautiful.
I always enjoy their pedicures and they get super excited when I come in with long nails! They’re so used to my short stubby ones. Very supportive and a good atmosphere!

Horrible service and terrible customer service. Cheap nail polish. Cheap chairs. Too pricey for the service they offer. If I could give zero star I would. Don’t waste your money or time here.

This place changed hands and service has plummeted. Used to love going here!
My recent experiences include a gloppy dripping pedicure had to be redone… Gel manicure (for my wedding) started peeling up on day 2, had to run in and BEG for them to patch it but the while thing only lasted 4 days then every corner came up. When I brought this up to the new «owner?» She was rude instead if apologetic like I did something wrong. Little effort to make good on the mess. She’s very busy talking and texting and less than pleasant. Borderline nasty.
Went in yesterday and manicurist started aggressively filing my nails down as though I had gels on and I did not. Then when I asked that that be buffed out I was told that buffing was 5 dollars more. Really?!
This was my go to place because it was very convenient… no more.

It’s been a while since I had my nails done and Sherry did such a great job! Today was not busy at all so it was a very relaxing experience. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly. Thank you!
