Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The man at the counter rented our truck right out from under us, shortly before we were scheduled to arrive and pick it up. This also made no sense since the truck we rented was sitting right there in their lot. But the man refused to allow to rent the truck and we had to call customer service to get our money refunded. Rude, argumentative and mean… I don’t cry easily but this man broke me. My fiancé and I were going to love into our first home together today… guess we aren’t now :(
