We serviced their copy machine on April 1^st of 2014 and still waiting for a payment. We spoke to the owner Martha and their employee Camille but all we got was promises… Very unprofessional…

If you plan to live in a Villa Nova condo complex be prepared to never have your repairs done in a timely way. When I asked for the raw plaster in front of my door to be fixed it took them 6 months! In the end the only reason the repair was done is I called the umbrella insurance company to make a claim that the exterior was exposed and that any damages to my unit would be their fault. Now all I am asking for is to be entered on the front gate entry code. SINCE LAST NOVEMBER. If you are a busy professional like me Villa Nova may not be a good match for you. The endless emails, underlings asking over and over what the problem is, then still no response. Not pretty.
