I ordered our wedding invitations super early because Ann’s Bridal was having a huge sale and I couldn’t pass it up! They arrived and are beautiful. I ordered thank you cards at the same time, and a few of them arrived damaged — I emailed to let them know and instantly had an order placed to reprint the quantity that had been damaged. Great customer service, fast shipping, AMAZING prices. I can’t wait to order my save the dates!

Ann’s contacted me and apologized for the delay. They made everything right! So know I can give a review based on the product and my now positive experience. The invites are beautiful! They are exactly what we wanted! I applaud Ann’s for standing behind their product and their reputation! I would recommend them for any couple looking for beautiful and customized invitations!

Our wedding invitations turned out great, the upgrade to a texture paper was a very nice touch and we used standard shipping and still received everything three days! Customer service was helpful and extremely friendly. I will definitely recommend using this company to others.

Hello, I’m Emily Inman. I was a very obsessive, detail-​oriented bride. Here’s what I learned about
. PROS: Cheap invitations, customizable, can order however out you want, for a fee will address the invitations (not for postcards) CONS: you are solely responsible for spelling and grammar, must fold invitations and put them and other cards (RSVP, receptions, etc.) into envelops (it’s more time consuming than you think)
Tips to Make Your Life Easier:
1. Order early since delivery can take a while
2. Think about preparing time when ordering (number of folds, RSVP cards, inner envelope, etc.)
3. Proof read, proof read, proof read, proof read, and proof read again
The Verdict:
get a 5 for being customizable, printing address, and being a great value. I would both use it again and recommend it. However remember that while the invitations are a great value, you will be doing more work, proofing, preparing for postage, and mailing the invitations yourself. I think the effort is worth it and if you can do the extra work you should definitely use

Beware of this place… we ordered tiffany blue wedding invitations from here and did not get a color near the rendering on the screen nor tiffany blue. Therefore the invitation we received was not what we ordered. That being said, we spoke to Gina who initially offered us a 10% on a new order which was about $ 170.00, then 20% and finally 50% off a new order. Our argument was that we did not get what we ordered and we know it is highly marked up… we even offered to pay $ 50.00 to re-​order a new order but they would not take it. Now my fiancée is now placing tiffany blue glitter on 125 invitations to the tune of hours of work. Sure… we could pay the difference but we refuse to reinforce bad business. Watch out!

I just received my wedding invitations today and I am SO happy with them. They came out exactly the way I wanted them! After reading the reviews below, I went through all of them, and they are in fact all mine haha. I’m very impressed by the quality and how quickly I received them-​only 4 days! And the price was at least half of the other places I looked at. Can’t wait to send them out :)

Wow, I wish I would have looked into this Co. a bit more and read reviews. My daughters wedding is in a few weeks. Got the invitations no problem. They looked great… at least she thought! People are calling her and asking what’s up with the invitations, they have someone else’s names and dates on the invitations!!! OMG. She panics… calls the Co. They said they will send her more invitations but that’s it. Will not reimburse her for the stamps which was HER fault for not looking at each and every one of the invitations! 175×2 stamps per envelope. Invitations and response cards.

In the beginning everything went well. I was happy with their website, found it easy to order my invitations, was extremely happy with the price, my invitations arrived pretty quickly and I enjoyed the look and quality of the invitations. I wish I could rate this company higher but based on the events after I cannot and would not recommend this company. I ordered 75 invitations, I received 75 invitations but at least 5 of them were wrong! Mixed in with my wedding invitations were someone else’s graduation invitations. Unfortunately, I realized this error after 45 of my invitations had been mailed out. Since the 5 incorrect invitations were sporadically mixed in with mine I have no idea how many wrong (graduation) invitations I mailed to my guests. I called customer service to address this issue. The lady I spoke with was nice and understanding; she offered to mail me the 5 missing invitations and offered me a 10% discount off my order for the inconvenience. I am sorry but that is a bit ridiculous, they offered me $ 9.70 for screwing up my wedding invitations. I am having a destination wedding so we mailed the invitations out earlier than normal, so now I get to wonder/​worry for 5 months if anyone received a graduation invitation from me instead of my wedding invitation. If someone does, words cannot describe the embarrassment I will feel.
Based on the other reviews I have read about this company I think this is an isolated incident and possibly some sort of freak accident. I feel others should know the carelessness of this company and how they handle a situation like this.

When you google something vague like «cheap wedding invitations» Ann’s comes up really high on the search. I initially was concerned about that for probably no reason, but having tested them out now, I’m a fan. They really came through, in reasonable time, with good service, and a really cute (sorry, its the wedding crap taking over!) product.
A note about the invitations, they’re adorable. A nice weight, not too heavy but certainly not «flimsy» as other reviews stated. I mean, its not resume paper, but its pretty, clean, crisp and certainly felt «bridal» enough for my taste without being over the top «bridal» in that bad way… lawd I hate that word! :)
I was so concerned about ordering this product from an online vendor sight unseen, that I decided to order a free sample — which to my delight, actually was free! No shipping cost, no credit card info asked «just in case.» And it arrived via ground shipping, along with a discount code for ordering the sample… awesome! (note: I tried to apply it, but it didn’t make the shipping free as it should have. so if you have a minute to either call them, or fiddle with it, I’m sure they would honor it. Personally it was midnight on a Monday 40 days before the wedding — and I did not get around to nagging them over free shipping. especially since…)
My order got stalled in their warehouse somehow. After about 5 days I emailed their customer service line because seriously, running out of time here! They responded that same day, identified the problem, and overnighted the invitations to me at no added cost the following day because it had been their fault for the hold up. So, yeah. I’m impressed.
Especially since my dumbass planning is not technically their problem at all and they just picked up that ball and ran with it. Now to stay up till midnight addressing them. Yay?
