Carpet Cleaning Star

Bought a Groupon for air duct cleaning and called the number last week to set up an appointment. They said they’d call me back to schedule. I called back today because it’s been a week since I called last and the guy rudely picked up the phone, said «no» and continued to talk to someone else while I was on the phone. I called again, and then was told they no longer service my area. Bad service, it could’ve been avoided last week when I first called!

My rug look new again, I paid $ 8000 for this rug 6 years ago and my dog pie on the rug last week.

After spending many hours looking up experts on cleaning high-​end/​expensive rugs I realized it’s a lot of $$$. When I first started asking for rough estimates over the phone I could not believe it was hundreds of dollars for a basic cleaning. If you guys are in a similar situation it is what it is. I tried cleaning puppy pee stains off my silk blend (several thousand dollar rug) myself and it discolored it and did not remove the stain. We had two choices buy a new rug (ouch!) Or cross our fingers and fork over lots of Benjamin’s with no guarantee that the stains will be removed. When I called carpet cleaning star and began asking 21 questions, Asher looked at some pics of my rug and came over the same day for an estimate. He’s very personable and very knowledgable. he knew our rug was hand stitched and informed us that our rug like many nice rugs go up in value, like art. Although we thought it was a lot of money, because no carpet cleaning business ever wants to 100% guarantee that it will look brand new and stains will be gone, we agreed and paid the deposit. After 10 business days like he said, he told us it was ready. He delivered and helped us place the rug back in its original spot, when he unrolled the rug it looked brand new again. Huge sigh of relief especially when living with a perfectionist.
After seeing our rug look brand new again we were happy that we went with this business instead of someone else that may have charged us a bit less and would have cut corners.

This guys saved me. I had water leak from my bathroom while i was in hospital and the carpets in all the rooms was wet and stink.

I have a small sofa and arm chair that I wanted to have cleaned. Based on the Unilocal reviews, I gave CCS a call. An appointment for a free quotation was made. I would describe their service a the 3 P’s… Polite, Professional, and Punctual. Since the fabric is wool, they recommended that I have them dry cleaned, a service they don’t provide. I very much appreciate their honesty and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.

These guys are awesome! The gentleman was not able to make much of a difference with our sofa because of the material and the condition. He gave us a free consultation and was straight forward with us. I would recommend their services to anyone. These are good honest people who have the customer’s best interest at heart.
