Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I never review online but had such a pleasant experience there that I had to do something about the previous review. I was renting a car there and the people couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional, they always are. Car is always clean and ready to go and even got a nice upgrade. Unfortunately there was a delay at the counter because of a phone call that got everyone in the site nervous because we could all hear a young lady yelling and cursing over the phone to one of the agents. He got really nervous and I could see he was scared to the point the manager had to get involved in the phone call. I felt so sorry for them, they were trying to help her and she just wouldn’t listen. Reading that review and remembering the phone call I heard I think it was the same person. I regularly rent there and never seen anything similar to that call or the comments from Jennifer S.

Terrible service and extremely rude staff! Had to wait all day for a car that was booked way in advance after my car was stolen. They told me it would take an hour and to come back. I called hours later to see if I could pick up a car yet and I was spoken to like trash by one of the guys who claimed they never told me an hour (but it had already been 3 hours later by that time anyway). In the end I went to the Hallendale location and got a car as soon as I walked in! Should have done that from the start! I have never been spoken to that way by people from a company that prides itself on costumer service. TERRIBLE!
