I bought a groupon for this place for the couples massage. I called them FIVETIMES in two weeks, and not once did anyone even answer the phone! I left at least three messages with my phone number asking them to call me back. I got NORESPONSE! VERRYUNPROFESSIONAL! Based on Monica C’s review, I’m glad I never went! I now have to have groupon refund my money!

Terrible experience! Lets see, where to start. Bought the groupon for champagne, fruit, and massage. There was no champagne or fruit. I had a scheduled appointment and I had to wait over an hour for it. When time actually came for my massage, it was not very good. The masseuse felt like she had very inexperienced hands and did not really pay any attention to any of my requests. I’ve honestly had a better massage sitting in a chair at brookstone. I think the thing that really set me off was the fact that they cut my massage down from 1 hour to 45 minutes after I had to wait on them for over an hour. There was no apology for my inconvenience. I was very disappointed in my experience with the purchase of this groupon! Where to begin! 1. My appointment was originally suppose to be for Wednesday at 3 and received a call the day of telling me I had missed my appointment at 2:15, I called back explained to them that my appointment was suppose to be at 3, I was told it was at 2. I asked if I could be squeezed in later that day the lady informed me yes. I called back 5 mins later afraid they would cut my time to just reschedule for Friday at 4, which I did. I then get a called at 3:45 saying I hadnt arrived for my 3 appointment and it will be cancelled, I called the office and they had mixed up the numbers with another client and overbooked and had a confusion. But I did not receive an apology. 2. I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment to fill out paper work as requested. I was waiting in the office for 10 mins before I was greeted. I was then asked for my groupon number and asked for my remaining gratuity balance with no explanation or service. When I asked I received the explanation with an attitude. I sat back down filled out paper work and waited. 3. I asked to use the restroom and she told me it was outside to the left. I went to public restroom found the single toilet not flushed the sinks uncleaned. I thought I was going to get pampered before the weekend but instead i got a dirty public restroom. 4. I went back in the office was greeted by a women who only spoke spanish, taken back to a room and asked to take of my clothes in spanish. I dont speak spanish!!! 5. As for my massage the room was cold, there were no hot towels or blankets. I was rubbed down with oil for an hour, and then the masseur left, without saying a word. I waited for 10 mins and no one came back, so I got up wiped myself clean and got dressed went outside got a drink of water asked the masseur and lady up front if that was it, they said that was it. 6. As I was leaving I asked about the champagne and fruit which was on the groupon and she said that I could have a seat and she would get it for me. I said nevermind and told her I was disappointed. She followed me in the hallway and started jumping down my throat. I explained to her that I was the customer that she was having an attitude with me without even listening to me. I told her about the confusion on the phone she stated«they were over booked», then I told her how it was cold in the room and the masseur left without even telling me she said well she will have to talk to her about that, and then I told her about the champagne and fruit and she said she forgot. Then I told her that I was the customer and I should not be treated that way she stated…“I dont need this today, get the F*** out of my business, if you are unhappy contact groupon and get your money back… get the F*** out of my business. And then I thought she was walking away from me, when I realized she was walking me out the door, and I told her that she shouldnt treat customers like that she stated«I dont give a F*** B****, get out. My relaxing start to the weekend ended up being a disappointment and also had an ear full of profanity. 7. No apology for any of the mistakes! She really should not be in business. As a business owner and a Physician Assistant, I have never once lost my temper like that with any of my customers. As the owner she should have tried to salvage the situation instead she really didnt care.

Here’s the scope: Deal-Champagne, fruit and couples massage. Result– apple cider, invisible fruit and a doctor’s visit. The hubby and I love our couple’s massage. So of course when I saw a groupon deal for $ 89 I jumped on it. Yes, $ 89 for a couple’s massage sounds like a great deal. However, this place should have charged $ 10 instead. 1– the location. It looks like a doctor’s office. I don’t want to visit the doctor, I want zen. 2– no showers– who wants to stay with the sticky massage oils on their skin. 3– the bathroom is down the hall, where the patients go. Yes, it is right next to a doctor’s office. YUCK! 4– the«champagne» was apple cider. Did you think I wouldn’t notice? I mean nowadays you can get a bottle of champagne for under $ 10. Did you have to go the apple cider route? 5– although my deal included a fruit basket, it was not even mentioned in my visit. 6– the couple’s massage room had a curtain for a door. I could hear the receptionist answer the phone!!! Zen? I think not! 7– massage itself– not so great. With the tip I spent as much as I would have spent getting a regular massage at an upscale spa. Now I know!
