If I could have chosen 0 stars, I would have! 5 days before we are supposed to check into our condo in Sunny Isles, I receive an email canceling our reservation! Nadia, the representative, claimed that there were issues with the building management, and she had no other properties to book us into. So now I have 8 people arriving in Sunny Isles from New York with NO place to stay! NEVER use this company for condo bookings! They are unreliable, mislead customers and cannot be trusted! RUN, DON“T WALK, FROM MY MIAMI CONDO RENTALS!!!
