I just want to say many thanks for the hard work my real estate agent Tony Perez put in to find me a condo for rent at a price that fit my budget. Tony surprised me with a call after he told the land lord that I was interested in the condo for rent by getting the monthly payment $ 100 dollars less than he was asking for. Tony aimed to only satisfy me in this process, and because he did so, I will only be using him for any real estate transactions that may occur in the future. Not sure if Red Square realty and «Miami red square realty» are the same company, but if so, I’m not impressed at all. I did not use them as my realtors, but their company is the listing agent for a property that I was interested in. The phone # listed for the company is (305) 781‑7707, and the actual listing agent is Mara Aronova. At first I had a realtor and she would try to contact Mara with no luck. She was very dismissive when my realtor asked to see the property. She kept saying that she could never get a hold of the tenants. This was weeks ago. The house has been on the market for quite some time. My husband and I have finally started looking ourselves without a realtor, so I tried to contact Mara as well. Email address listed on the MLS does not work, it bounces back. I’ve tried calling the number listed above several times a day for over a week, and no answer, just a voicemail. I’ve left 2 voice mails with no responses. I finally text a phone # i saw listed on the MLS, and asked if I could see the house, that I was a potential buyer and was already pre-​approved/​qualified, and all she said was «tenants are on vacation.» I waited a week and text her back yesterday (08÷19÷15) and asked if we could see the house this week and she never responded. What I don’t understand is, if they don’t want to sell the house, why keep it on the market??? I’m confused.

Excellent place to search for condos in the Miami area. Beautiful office space located on chic Collins avenue. The best realtors in the city, Roman and Tamar were so helpful and went far and beyond to help my friend find a great place. I ought to know because I love staying in his condo!
