I’d been here twice with quick in and out experiences and was always happy. I went for a third time today and was told I had to wait 45 minutes because the woman was giving a pedicure. She’s also now only there on Sundays. If you are the only person threading, and only there one day, shouldn’t you have more flexibility? Any way, I couldn’t wait so I took off. I guess it’s time to start the search again for those times I can’t wait for a Sunday appointment.

You foul me one… shame on you, foul me twice… shame on me. The first time that i Tried this place… the«senior hair stylist» burned my hair with the back of the hair blower, HORRIBLE!!! the second time I went for a trim… one inch… and the charged me $ 55… NEVERMORE… sometimes I think, that I’m just, PLAINDUMB! No vayan a este Salon… demasiado caro y malo!

My expierience here was okay. I have had bad luck with stylists in my area so I gave this a try. My haircut came out nice and costed me $ 85. My stylist was rude I think he was an owner. He was fresh with me when I asked a question. I’m a customer paying for a service, I think I deserve a little respect here. I think his first language was hebrew and when I was telling him what I wanted and didn’t want I couldn’t tell if he wasn’t listening or just didn’t understand what I was saying. Afterwards, he brought me over to the retail section and tried selling me Kerastase shampoo(which is a $ 40) shampoo. I have invested in these kerastase products before and have had the same if not better hair results with the far cheaper oil treatments at sallys. When I told him my hair regimen which is I don’t shampoo everytime I was my hair but I use conditioner, he was so rude. He said«do you know why they make shampoo?» «They sell shampoo all around the world for a reason». Later on, when I went home I was talking to my neighbor who said he tried to sell it to her too. This place is a rip-off and I am still searching for a hair-stylist that isn’t a used car salesmen in disguise. Let me know if you know of any. I will not go back to this place. Its a shame, I wanted this place to be good since I live next door but it was a total sham.

Ran in here yesterday afternoon, running late on my way to an event with friends — desperately hoping to get a blowout without an appointment. The people who greeted me at the front desk made a sad face at me, letting me know they close early on Mondays(at 5pm, it was about 6pm). They must’ve seen the distressed look on my face, because one of the men, Carlos, graciously volunteered to stay and tackle my hair. I have long, curly hair that loves to rebel against blowouts in the South Florida humidity — I usually blowdry it myself(with the arm muscles I’ve acquired over the years — ha!) but yesterday, I just wanted to sit in a chair and have someone ELSE to tackle it. Had forgotten how long my hair is when it’s straight — but Carlos successfully straighted my past-shoulder length curly hair in an hour. $ 40 plus tip. More than I usually pay… but again, my hair is longer and yesterday, I would’ve paid much more than that! :)
