What a wonderful way to learn how to stand up paddle board!
My wife and I were able to make last minute reservations after debating whether we would have enough time and energy for such an activity during our vacation. Boy are we happy that we did. Our guides (one of whom was the co owner of the business) were delightful and extremely patient with us as we learned how to balance ourselves. It was especially helpful that we started out in the calm waters of the dock before heading to choppier waters.
We were given lots of tips and spent most of the time chatting as we made our way around the two hour guided tour. As was inevitable, I eventually fell (more than once to be honest). Yet I was not worried as I was in good hands, allowing me to quickly recover and get better each time.
We will always remember our time stand up paddle boarding, and even have pictures to show for it thanks to our guides. We are thankful that we went out and would love to do SUP again sometime soon.

On one of our last days in Miami my boyfriend, friend and I decided to go paddle boarding. It was our first time and Adam explained everything very clearly! He made us feel very comfortable and made it as easy as possible! He first explained the boards and he paddles on the boat so we could get a feel for it. When we were in the water, he was still instructed us on how to turn and how to paddle better. He took us around the bay and it was perfect because there wasn’t any waves! He even took picture of us as we were paddle boarding! It was an amazing time and super easy! We will definitely go back!

Great experience! Just got back from my 1^st time paddleboarding and my instructor Adam was very patient and knowledgable. So much fun. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!
