I Walked into the bank to make a deposit and get $ 50 change, the teller «LARISSA KARGAN «was like I’m taking a change from her account she was mad on me! She started asking me form what company? Why you didn’t call before you came here? And she what talking very mean, then she said «I’m not gana give you $ 50 I give you just $ 25!» I told her I don’t want anything so, I was very upset, I want to the customer service asking closing my account but I didn’t because it was a very nice representative her name «GLADYS NAVARRO» she was more than professional with her big smile all the time make me change my mind.
Please Chase don’t hire a this kind of people «LARISSA KARGAN » if you want keep your customers!

Decent bank. No problems with the way they operate. Chase is a very reputable company. However this branch gets very very crowded in the evening after work during the week and all times during the weekend. If you want to speak with a personal rep it takes like 1.5 hours of waiting. And they expect you to wait in the branch. It would be much better if they could call or txt when you are ready to be seen so you can leave and do whatever.
Edit — this place is as slow as the dmv.

it’s not any different from any other branch. there are lines at the ATMs, filthy carpet, trash on the floor. The teller lines are slow and they have a real problem with crime that they seem not to be concerning themselves with. A neighbor was mugged there on a recent Sunday morning, the pics from their lousy cameras were so bad, it’s tough to call them security at all.

Its a little ridiculous that there are two full service chase locations within a block from each other in Sunnyside, but since I’m not paying the rent who cares. The other location is a little cleaner looking, but this one has two entrances and 6 atms, so you never have to wait on line. This used to be a wamu, but when they got bought by chase, the atms just changed their software, not the actual machines.

It’s an ATM that is close to my place, very convienant and I love the fact that you can just deposit a check or cash without a deposit slip
