i agree with the review above from Geoff O. i have been a patient of Dr. Hazarian(and his wife) for several years now and each time i need a doctor — it is always a disappointing and stressful experience. He is a good doctor once you get to actually see him but his staff is the WORST!!! they are rude, unprofessional and the least helpful as can be. In order to get an appointment do not count on seeing him immediately. The staff will offer an appointment 3 weeks later when they can squeeze you in so here’s a tip– know ahead of time if you will be sick! who knows that? and if for some miracle you do get an appointment be prepared to wait 1 – 2 ½ hours after your scheduled appointment. it was not only 1 bad experience but several bad experiences with the staff. Sorry, Doc! Finally moved on to a different medical office.

The doctor has an award on his waiting room wall from a couple years ago celebrating his service. I’m sure he has his fans. In fact, that may be the trouble. I walked in last week for a 4pm appointment, tried from not eating as the receptionist had requested. If I wanted a check-up, I was told, I needed to have no food in my system. Fair enough. What was not fair, was waiting an hour with no one telling me what was going on. Other patients were getting frustrated too. The difference was, they eventually got seen. I did not. After an hour had passed, I asked the receptionist for an explanation. She told me another 30 minutes maximum. Okay. But now, people who had been coming in after me were getting seen. There wasn’t even a receptionist to complain to any more. They had all gone home. There may be some other system at play here. Nevertheless, the way it looked was that the crowd of entirely senior Romanian clients, who no doubt were regulars, were getting the fast track over the newbie who was expected to wait until everyone else had been seen. After two hours of waiting, and another person who had walked in after me having been sit, I could take no more. I busted out and ran to the nearest pizzaria. So…if you are a senior citizen and Romanian, I’m sure the doctor will treat you well. Otherwise, I’d look somewhere else.
