Heights

Take this review with a grain of salt… I am the owner of «The Heights» on Harrison Hill
This is the finest apartment building in town with the best location in town. (it is the only apartment building on Harrison Hill with views of the valley.) It was built in 1951 but upgraded over the last 6 years and is now much better that when it was built. AND, we are now upgrading the upgrades, with new kitchens and bathrooms for anyone that wants it for a small higher rent.
If you want a recommendation… ask the school district, most churches, and the hospital. The hospital rents apartments for their temporary doctors, nurses, etc.
Our rents are low considering we provide WSG, and the utilities are very low because of the new double pane windows, and new zoned HVAC units we installed. We also provide the hot water… That may not seem like much, but, according to the power company a hot water tank is ¹⁄₃ on your power bill each month.
We have a laundry room that looks like someones living room, a tenant library-​lounge with kitchen and fireplace, and a very nice exercise room. Even if you are not ready to rent come by and have a tour… we are very proud of the complex and would love for you to see it.
I gave the place 4 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement and it gives us something to strive for.
